The franchise was created by brothers Ken and Jim Wheat and centers on the tales of the 28th-century antihero Riddick. Since the series’ launch in 2000, three full-length movies and one animated short have been released.

Diesel also provided the voice of Riddick in the short animated film The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury (2004). Our legion fans have demanded it for years, and now we’re finally ready to honor their call to action with Riddick: Furya.
