Watch Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach React to Sue Storm’s Malice Skin in ‘Marvel Rivals’
Marvel Rivals is one of the most talked-about games right now, especially with the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps just around the corner. The timing couldn’t be better, and Marvel clearly knows how to build hype. As part of the promotion, the game added some new character skins, but the one that really stood out wasn’t new at all. It was Malice.
If you don’t know the story, Malice is the dark version of Susan Storm, created when Psycho-Man used the Hate-Monger to mess with her mind.
Under his control, Sue attacked her own team. Things got intense until Mister Fantastic managed to snap her out of it using emotional manipulation. After the fight, Sue tried to get back at Psycho-Man, but he escaped into the Microverse, and the Hate-Monger didn’t survive the battle.
The whole experience had a huge impact on Sue. It marked the moment when she changed her name from Invisible Girl to Invisible Woman. She also gained new control over her Force Objects. Still, the trauma stayed with her, and the idea that Malice might still be inside her continued to haunt her.
In a recent video with YouTuber Loserfruit, the cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps got to play Marvel Rivals using their own characters. Vanessa Kirby, Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach all joined in. When they were checking out the skins, Loserfruit pointed out that Malice is actually the most popular Sue Storm skin in the game.
The cast’s reaction was priceless when they saw the in-game version of Malice for the first time. You can catch that moment at the 4:50 mark in the video.

Seeing the actors respond to their characters in such a fun, casual setting added something special for fans. And as it turns out, the cast wasn’t too bad at the game either, well, taking into account they are likely playing for the first time ever.
