Marvel Studios is eyeing once again Windsor Great Park in Berkshire for a new filming location for their upcoming blockbuster, Avengers: Doomsday. According to documents submitted to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Marvel’s UK production company, For All Time Productions, has proposed constructing a set referred to as “Annie Reynolds’ house.”

This set is tied to the character Sentry, who recently appeared in Thunderbolts. Annie Reynolds is known as Sentry’s mother, a detail hinted at in earlier leaks about the film.

The proposed set would be located near Prince Consort’s Drive, close to the Windsor Great Park Environmental Centre. Construction is slated to begin in mid-July and wrap up by late September, with actual filming scheduled for a single day in August.

To support the production, Marvel plans to build a service pad for equipment and trucks, which would extend into an area overseen by Bracknell Forest Council. While Marvel has shared their plans with Bracknell Forest, they have not yet submitted a formal application.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is reviewing the proposal. This isn’t the first Marvel project in the area; the council recently approved another film set for the studio along Duke’s Lane, just west of the proposed site.

Avengers: Doomsday has already sparked excitement with leaks revealing other intriguing sets, including a 1960s-style house linked to Marvel hero Luke Cage and a spaceship. Additional rumors point to major scenes featuring the X-Men, with references to the X-Mansion and a possible appearance of a Sentinel, a iconic mutant-hunting robot from the comics.

The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Vanessa Kirby, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Wyatt Russell, Florence Pugh, and Simu Liu. The movie will also see the return of X-Men veterans like Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Ian McKellen as Magneto, and James Marsden as Cyclops.

There’s even speculation about Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine, though this remains unconfirmed. At the heart of the story is Robert Downey Jr. as the villainous Doctor Doom, facing off against a coalition of the Avengers, Wakandans, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and New Avengers.

Set for release on December 18, 2026, Avengers: Doomsday is a key part of Marvel’s Phase Six, with its sequel, Secret Wars, scheduled for December 17, 2027.
