There are plenty of comedies still delivering fresh episodes right now, from long running animated staples to new network standouts and streaming hits with confirmed returns. To help you keep track, this list rounds up sitcoms that have new episodes this year or confirmed new seasons in the 2025 to 2026 cycle.

The series uses a single camera mockumentary style and has already banked multiple seasons, with production based in Los Angeles. Episodes typically run about half an hour and the show airs on ABC’s fall schedule.

The half hour comedy films in Montreal, streams on Paramount Plus after broadcast, and centers on a couple sharing their upstate house with a chatty group of ghosts. Episode orders for recent seasons have ranged from mid teens to low twenties.

New episodes will roll out across the season as CBS closes the story with an announced sendoff. The multi camera format keeps a live audience rhythm and past seasons have landed in the high teens for episode counts.

Production is based in Vancouver and episodes run about 22 minutes. The series fits into Fox’s comedy blocks across the season and has maintained a steady episode count per cycle.

BET Plus renewed the sitcom for season five and filmed the new episodes in early 2025 for a late year debut on the service. Patricia Ms. Pat Williams stars alongside J Bernard Calloway, Tami Roman, and Vince Swann.

The series shoots in Atlanta with a live audience feel and half hour runtime. New episodes will roll out on BET Plus across the season once the premiere date hits.

Season 17 aired July to August 2025 on FXX with next day streaming on Hulu. The main cast remains Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenney, Kaitlin Olson, and Danny DeVito, with eight episodes in the newest run.

The series uses single camera production in Los Angeles and Philadelphia and continues to release one episode per week after a two episode premiere. Additional seasons were ordered previously, keeping the show active beyond this summer.

Season one delivered 18 episodes with a single camera format and documentary style interviews. Season two returns to the same Oregon hospital setting with back to back episodes on opening night.

The multi camera sitcom is set in a Knoxville bar and completed an 18 episode first season. NBC kept the series on Friday nights for its return run.

Apple TV Plus announced season three for October 15 2025 with a two episode launch followed by weekly releases. Maya Rudolph leads the cast with Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Nat Faxon, Ron Funches, and Joel Kim Booster.

The workplace comedy runs about half an hour per episode and continues the Wells Foundation storyline from season two. All past episodes remain available on Apple TV Plus worldwide.

Prime Video closes the series with a four episode final season on August 25 2025, dropping all episodes the same day. Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Allegra Edwards, and Kevin Bigley return in the concluding chapter.

The sci fi sitcom filmed its final season in Vancouver and keeps the usual half hour footprint across a shorter run. All previous seasons remain available on Prime Video globally.
