Cameron Diaz, 53, Returns to the Red Carpet Wearing a Sheer White Look
Cameron Diaz recently proved that she still has that effortless movie-star glow during a high-profile appearance at Apple TV’s Press Day on February 3. The 53-year-old actress stepped onto the red carpet at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica to promote her new dark comedy, Outcome. She was joined by her co-stars Keanu Reeves and Matt Bomer, along with the film’s director, Jonah Hill.
For the event, Diaz chose a chic all-white ensemble that felt both modern and sophisticated. Her outfit featured a sheer long-sleeved top worn over a matching bodice, paired with a fitted skirt that hit just below the knee. The skirt was particularly eye-catching, decorated with delicate layers of feathering at the hem that added a touch of flair to the clean, minimalist look.
She completed the aesthetic with light beige heels and gold accessories, including circular earrings and a matching timepiece. While her co-stars opted for more casual or dark-toned attire—Keanu Reeves in a charcoal suit and Jonah Hill in a simple black shirt and jeans—Diaz’s bright, airy outfit made her a standout figure of the afternoon. She kept her hair in a relaxed updo and finished the look with a pop of coral-pink lipstick, appearing refreshed and ready for her latest career chapter.

As of this year, Cameron Diaz is fully embracing her return to Hollywood after a decade-long hiatus. Outcome, which is set to premiere globally on April 10, stars Keanu Reeves as Reef Hawk, a Hollywood icon struggling with his past while being targeted by a mysterious blackmailer.
Diaz plays Kyle, one of Reef’s closest friends who helps him navigate the fallout alongside his crisis lawyer, played by Jonah Hill. The movie features a massive ensemble cast, including David Spade, Laverne Cox, Kaia Gerber, and even a cameo by Martin Scorsese.
Beyond this spring release, Diaz is keeping her schedule incredibly packed with several high-stakes projects. She is currently filming the Netflix action-comedy Bad Day, a project inspired by the cult classic Falling Down, where she plays a mother pushed to the edge during a chaotic day in the city. She is also back in the recording studio to voice the iconic Princess Fiona for Shrek 5, which is expected to arrive in theaters later this year.
This return to the screen follows the huge streaming success of her 2025 film Back in Action, which officially ended her retirement. While she spent years focusing on her family and her wine brand, Avaline, she recently shared that she felt like she would be a fool if she didn’t give her passion for acting another chance. Between her work on major streaming platforms and the return of a beloved animated franchise.
