Oscar-nominated filmmaker Ed Perkins directs ‘Clown Panic,’ with Jonathan Chinn and Simon Chinn producing through their production company Lightbox. The team’s previous credits include projects like ‘Hurricane Katrina: Race Against Time’ and Netflix’s ‘The Diamond Heist,’ marking a notable shift into horror-adjacent territory for the London and Los Angeles-based outfit.
