‘Alien: Lost Transmission’ Fan Film Is Officially Out and It’s Chillingly Good

The Alien franchise is one of the biggest and most important sci-fi and horror franchises of all time. Started by Ridley Scott, the franchise has since grown to include various movie sequels and prequels, games, comic books, television series, and so on.
Of course, the fans want a “piece of the cake” in terms of the narrative, not the money, which inspired us to write this report about a fan work that looks both interesting and professional.
Namely, the short fan movie Alien: Lost Transmission has just been released, and we believe it is chillingly good!
The movie itself is written and directed by Connor Botts, and it features Gabriela Fuentes, Benjamin Mayer, and Jacob Daniels in the main roles. It also has an original score composed by Brian Bryson.
The movie is an unofficial addition to the main universe and is set about a month after Alien: Romulus when a salvage crew retrieves some classified materials from the Romulus Station, which is when they are intercepted by a Weyland-Yutani ship.
What happens then? We follow Colin and Naomi, who are trapped inside a small maintenance room, where they are hiding from a Xenomorph that is killing the rest of the crew. Their was out in the escape bay, but in order to reach it, they have to exit the room and escape the Xenomorph.
In our opinion, the movie is quite good for a fan movie, and it has a lot of flavor, which is why we’d like you to see it. It’s 28 minutes long, so when you have the time, enjoy:
