In ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ Sam Wilson will sport a new suit that’s similar to Steve Rogers’ classic look with red, white, and blue colors. Unlike his previous costume from ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier,’ this new outfit features a more traditional Captain America style.

His Vibranium wings, which he used in the past, have been upgraded, showing off new capabilities for his flight. Sam will also have a new flight helmet, likely designed by his friend Scott Lang, similar to the one worn by Ant-Man.

As he grows into his role as Captain America, his suit will reflect his journey and leadership in saving the world from threats like the Red Hulk.

Speaking about the helmet, Mackie recently revealed that he was happy to get rid of his famous cowl. Mackie was asked why the helmet was removed and he admitted it was his idea. He shared his frustration about wearing the cowl, describing it as his “worst nightmare.” He said it was extremely uncomfortable because of the heat, sweat, and fogged-up glasses, making it nearly impossible to see or do anything.

He told Marvel he didn’t want to wear it anymore, saying, “I was never wearing that shit again.” The cowl was difficult to manage, and he found it unpleasant overall. Mackie clearly had a tough time with it, and his comment reflects his strong desire to avoid wearing it in the future.

Because I told them that I was never wearing that shit again, dude. That was hard. It was – with the heat, the sweat, the fogged-up glasses…it was impossible. It was called a cowl. It was my worst nightmare. You can’t do anything.

The new suit is definitely an upgrade. The vibranium it’s made from will give him an edge over even the fiercest of villains, without the need for the Super-Soldier serum.
