Black Adam: Dwayne Johnson’s DC Movie Is Officially Delayed Again
Popular star Dwayne The Rock Johnson just announced in his newest Instagram post that two upcoming DC movies in which he stars — DC League of Super-Pets and Black Adam have been delayed.
Johnson announced that his Seven Bucks Productions and DC Comics moved the release dates of DC League of Super-Pets to July 29, 2022, which was the previous release date for Black Adam, while Black Adam is now set to be released on October 21, 2022.

Black Adam has been in development with Johnson set to star since 2007. The movie has been in development hell for years, but now it was finally filmed. The movie’s original release date was set on December 2021, and after the pandemic of COVID-19 struck the movie industry, the movie was removed from the release schedule, and then it was announced that the movie will be released in July 2022, which was the date we thought was final, until now. DC League of Super-Pets was previously set to be released on May 20, 2022.
