Call Of The Night: Vampire Romance Manga Will Get An Anime Adaptation

Manga series Call of the Night (Yofukashi no Uta) will officially get an anime adaptation, confirmed by Fumination.
The anime is expected to debut in July 2022. Along with the announcement, official teaser trailer for the anime, which is revealing the theme song by Creepy Nuts, was also unvelied.
Nanakusa is a vampire. That’s okay with human Ko. He wants to be one too. But transformation doesn’t come that easily… When Nazuna invites Ko to spend the night at her place in an abandoned building, he’s stoked! But then he awakens to kisses on his neck with a little too much bite to them… Is it just the delicious taste of his blood that makes her meet him night after night for late-night adventures, conversation and…naps? Or something else? Then, when a cute girl from Yamori’s past shows up and competes for his attention, his budding relationship with the undead is put to the test!

Call of the Night manga debuted in August 2019 and since then it released eight volumes in Japan and four volumes worldwide. Volume 5 will be available worldwide on December 14, and Volume 6 will be available on February 8, 2022. The manga is written by Kotoyama, and published by Shogakukan.
Anime adaptation will be written by Michiko Yokote, and directed by Tomoyuki Itamura and Tetsuya Miyanishi. The anime will air on Fuji TV’s Noitamina starting July 2022. We’re sure the anime will soon join our list of best romance anime of all time.
