‘Captain America: Brave New World’ Concept Art Will Be Featured In New ‘Sam Wilson’ and ‘Red Hulk’ Comic Covers

Marvel fans have a lot to look forward to in February! To celebrate the release of ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ in theaters on February 14, Marvel is launching exclusive variant covers for ‘Sam Wilson, Captain America’ #2, and ‘Red Hulk’ #1. These special covers will feature original concept art by Ryan Meinerding, Marvel Studios’ Head of Visual Development. The artwork showcases Sam Wilson as Captain America and introduces the Red Hulk to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The variant covers are timed perfectly with the upcoming release of ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ which will see Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson take center stage as Captain America. Meinerding’s designs give fans a behind-the-scenes look at how these iconic characters come to life on screen, blending the worlds of comics and movies in an exciting way.

The ongoing ‘Sam Wilson, Captain America’ series kicked off recently with writers Evan Narcisse and Greg Pak teaming up with artist Eder Messias. This action-packed story has Sam Wilson uncovering a dangerous criminal organization hidden behind a seemingly innovative tech company. With his signature wings and shield, Sam is on a mission to take them down.

‘Sam Wilson, Captain America’ #2 will feature one of the exclusive variant covers and hits comic shops on February 12.

The highly anticipated ‘Red Hulk’ series launches in February, written by Benjamin Percy and illustrated by Geoff Shaw. This explosive series ties into Marvel’s larger ‘One World Under Doom’ event, where Doctor Doom captures Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in Latveria to use his military knowledge. However, Ross breaks free, unleashing his incredible power as the Red Hulk in a daring escape.

The first issue, ‘Red Hulk’ #1, will also include a Marvel Studios variant cover and will be available on February 26.
