Marvel Studios’ panels at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con are just around the corner, and while fans are waiting for major announcements that are expected, and some of them were previously teased or rumored, it seems like Marvel Studios just accidentally revealed the official titles for the upcoming fourth Captain America movie, and the fifth Avengers movie, which are both expected to be officially announced this weekend.

First shared on Reddit, the trademarks were filled for the upcoming projects that are expected to be announced at SDCC this weekend. According to that, the Avengers 5 could be called either Avengers: Secret Wars or Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Assuming it gets officially announced by Marvel this weekend, one of these could be the official title for Avengers 5, and the other one could be for Avengers 6.

The same report is saying that the fourth Captain America movie, which will be a follow-up to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series starring Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, will be titled Captain America: New World Order. Also, the leak is mentioning a project called Thunderbolts, a movie for which we know it’s in development, although it wasn’t officially announced yet. Kevin Feige previously teased that this new saga of the MCU might get the official name soon, and after Infinity Saga concluded in 2019, looks like we’re now in the Multiverse Saga, if this leak turns out to be trustworthy.

MCU Phase 4 started in 2021 with the WandaVision series, and Black Widow was the first movie of the Phase. So far, Phase 4 received mixed reactions from fans who claimed that the Phase seems all over the place and that it’s leading nowhere. We have no doubt that Marvel Studios plans something big for the future, and who knows, maybe the announcements of the new Avengers movie might encourage fans to have more patience with Marvel as they’re building this new saga.

Fans are expecting a lot from Marvel’s panel at SDCC this year. Not only new information about the previously announced projects; Fantastic 4 and Blade, but also official announcements of the projects that we know are in development, such as Deadpool 3 and others.
