Ever since she debuted as Wanda Maximoff in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Elizabeth Olsen became one of the most vital cast members in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In last year’s series WandaVision, Wanda Maximoff’s character development was upped to a whole another level after she was officially named Scarlet Witch in her battle against Agatha Harkness, a villain played by Kathryn Hahn.

Last November, Marvel Studios officially announced Agatha: House of Harkness, a spin-off series in which Kathryn Hahn will reprise the titular role. Elizabeth Olsen reprised the role in the recently released blockbuster Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and there are questions now about when and where we’re going to see Olsen as Scarlet Witch again. Considering the connection between the two witches, there are fans’ theories, of course, that Wanda might make an appearance in the upcoming spin-off. Now, Elizabeth Olsen gave a coy answer about that possibility.

“I mean, I would do anything with Hahn. I mean, no, I’m not appearing on it — not as far as I’m aware of. But I love that woman so much. So fun, that entire show was just filled with lots of joy, it was great. [laughs] I hope Kevin Feige is watching.” — Elizabeth Olsen for Good Morning America

Elizabeth Olsen Talks About Her MCU Status After ‘Multiverse of Madness’

In another recent interview with Variety, Olsen said that she’s expecting to return, but no one from Marvel Studios has told her anything about her MCU future after Multiverse of Madness.

“It’s weird that I’m expecting to return but no one’s told me I’m doing anything! But in my mind, I’m just making the assumption that they’ll have me again.”

Agatha Harkness was the main villain in the WandaVision series, and she was particularly known for her signature song Agatha All Along. In the final episode, Wanda defeated Agatha and punished her by turning her into a nosy neighbor, which opened the way for Agatha to return, especially with Wanda saying “I know where to find you’ after Agatha warned her that she’s going to need her because she has no idea what she unleashed. Of course, it’s important to point out that it’s not known if House of Harkness will be set before or after the events of WandaVision.

Agatha: House of Harkness is in the early stages of development. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness now plays in theaters.
