Fans Demand Elliot Page in the Role of DCU’s Flash: “He has the look for sure”

James Gunn is diligently working on establishing the newly revamped DCU. The first release, “Creature Commandos,” is expected soon, but the true start of the cinematic universe is considered to be “Superman,” slated for release in 2025.
As part of the revamp, nearly the entire core cast of the DCEU has been recast, including the role of Flash, previously played by the highly controversial actor Ezra Miller.
Miller was initially seen as a great choice for the role, but a slew of accusations, legal troubles, and overall bad PR ultimately buried the actor’s reputation. It’s been speculated that ‘The Flash,’ released in 2023, partly failed due to Miller’s presence on screen.
With the DCU likely recasting Barry Allen, fans have proposed Elliot Page as a potential replacement.
As always, there are some fans who do not agree with this casting choice.
Personally, I don’t see Elliot Page as The Flash. Nothing about the actor gives me Barry Allen vibes, and the studio might fare better by hiring a younger actor whose physical appearance more closely matches the character.
