Guardians of the Galaxy: James Gunn Teases ”A Very Special Guest Star” For Vol. 3

We were writing a lot about James Gunn and his projects in a recent time, which is no wonder considering that his DC series Peacemaker recently finished its first season on a really high note, and his upcoming Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is in production, so Gunn is still teasing us with new stuff that we can expect in the upcoming movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 started production last November, and it’s expected to last until April this year, with the release date set for May 5, 2023. The movie is set to bring closure to this team of Guardians, as Gunn previously announced. He also revealed that this will be his final Marvel movie, and he plans to stick to DCTV after that, considering there’s Peacemaker Season 2 (and one more unknown DC show) waiting to be made.

Now, while Gunn is focusing his work on the third installment of the Guardians franchise, he recently wrote on Twitter that this week he filmed a scene with “a very special guest star” for the upcoming Marvel movie. Knowing Marvel fanbase, every fan certainly has some wild theory on who that might be. You can check the tweet down below:
