Insider Reveals Connections Between ‘Vision Quest,’ ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Agatha All Along’

Scarlet Witch’s part of the MCU keeps growing, as her original show WandaVision is getting another spinoff, this time focused on White Vision.

In the WandaVision finale, we saw S.W.O.R.D. create a new version of Vision called White Vision. Wanda’s Vision tries to help restore White Vision’s memories by using the Mind Stone from his own forehead, which sparks a deep discussion about what makes someone the “real” Vision.

At the end, White Vision remembers who he is and flies off without explanation, leaving his future uncertain. The upcoming show is expected to take place after the events of WandaVision.

It’s being described as part of a trilogy along with WandaVision and Agatha All Along. Paul Bettany will return as White Vision, and James Spader will reprise his role as Ultron.

The show has been in development for a long time with few updates, but it’s set to release in 2026. With Agatha All Along recently released, many fans wonder if there will be ties to Agatha, Wiccan, Tommy, and Scarlet Witch. Fortunately, insider Alex Perez shared that there will be some connections, but the main focus will be on Vision.

Matapple: Is Vision Quest connected to WandaVision and Agatha All Along in the way that it moves the plot forward for the Scarlet Witch-centric characters (Wanda, Agatha, Vision, Billy, Tommy)?

Alex Perez: Yes. But it will really focus more on Vision this time. 

This makes sense since Wanda wasn’t a big focus in Agatha All Along. The showrunner explained that they didn’t want to take attention away from Agatha’s story, and adding Scarlet Witch would have done that.

Alex Perez also confirmed that both F.R.I.D.A.Y. and J.A.R.V.I.S. will appear in Vision Quest.

daofeiboy: I think MyTimeToShineHello was literally the only scooper to ever report on this, so I think its fair to double-check with you – have you heard anything regarding F.R.I.D.A.Y and J.A.R.V.I.S being both in Vision Quest?

Alex Perez: They weren’t the only ones to report that. DanielRPK reported on it as well. And yes, they are in it.

Bettany recently suggested these connections when he mentioned needing to watch Agatha All Along to prepare for his role.

“I love it. I’m so proud of [showrunner] Jac Schaeffer, and I’m planning to watch it again because there’s a lot for me to learn as I prepare for my role,”
