Madelyn Cline Already Hinted at Her Dream MCU Role with a Spot-On Costume—and Fans Are All In!

Marvel Studios has recently unveiled updates to its release schedule for 2024, 2025, and beyond, giving fans a lot to look forward to. Among the highlights is the much-anticipated sequel to Spider-Man: No Way Home.

While rumors about the plot and potential villains are swirling, a few key details are confirmed: Zendaya and Tom Holland will return to their iconic roles, and Destin Daniel Cretton is set to direct the film.

It looks like the movie will keep exploring its multiverse themes, and rumors suggest that new supporting characters have been added. Recently, there’s been talk that Madelyn Cline might have been cast in the film.

Fans are guessing that if the rumors are true, she could be playing Black Cat or Gwen Stacy. Interestingly, Madelyn may have hinted at this herself when she dressed up as Spider-Gwen for Halloween.

Yesterday, we reported that the working title for the next Spider-Man movie is Blue Oasis, under a production company called Blaze Films, Inc.

The title Spider-Man: Blue Oasis could be a nod to Spider-Man: Blue, a story by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. In that story, Spider-Man reflects on his first love, Gwen Stacy, on Valentine’s Day. Although she died long ago, her memory continues to deeply affect him.

Since Gwen isn’t part of the MCU yet, the story can’t be adapted directly. However, as we theorized, the film could introduce Gwen, show Peter forming a deep connection with her, and then tragically lose her by the end.
