20. Kinoko Komori

Our first My Hero Academia girl on this list is Kinoko Komori. She is a 1-B student; she wears her hair in a bob with a long fringe that covers her face leaving her mouth uncovered.
Her Quirk is called Mushroom, and it allows her to emit spores from her body that can make different species of fungi grow everywhere, even on people, including pathogenic fungi; the mushrooms detach within a couple of hours and are not harmful to people they grew on.
The heroine name she chose is Shemage.
19. Setsuna Tokage
Affiliation: Hero
A sharp-toothed, talkative 1-B student. She is one of four students who entered the Yuei by recommendation.
Her Quirk is called Lizard Tail Splitter and it allows her to divide her body into multiple parts that she can remotely control; the latter, however, become unarmed after a certain period of time, decomposing and being subsequently regenerated.
At the moment, she can divide it into fifty parts at the most. Her superheroine name is Lizardy.
18. Itsuka Kendo

A student of class 1-B, unlike her other classmates, she does not feel hatred towards section A, proving to be friendly towards them. She has a very kind and sociable character.
Her Quirk Big Fisst allows her to zoom in on her hands to fight or trap enemies; her hero name is Battle Fist.

Known as Pixie-bob, she is an excited and cheerful woman, who however gets irritated when someone proves to know something wrong about her or that of the Pussycats.

16. Chiyo Shuzenji

One older My Hero Academia girl on this list, Chiyo Shuzenji, is the school nurse. She is an elderly lady renowned as a Recovery Girl. Her Healing Quirk allows her to indescribably accelerate people’s regenerating factor through a kiss, albeit with a considerable effort of energy on their part (an effort which, in the case of extremely serious damage, could even prove lethal).
She is one of the few people who know the All Might secret.
15. Nemuri Kayama

The institute’s art history professor, also known as Midnight, is a Hero whose costume resembles that of a dominatrix. She plays the role of referee during the Yuei Sports Festival.
Nemuri often maintains a seductive attitude or behavior, also having a properly predatory and sadistic side; she has a tendency to get angry, especially when she is interrupted while she is talking or when someone mentions her age.
Her Quirk Somnambulist allows her to give off a scent that can make people fall asleep, which works most effectively on men.
14. Ochaco Uraraka

She has a Quirk called Zero Gravity, which allows her to cancel the effect of gravitational force on whatever object she touches; she can also release herself from gravity by placing her hands in a particular position.
Despite her Quirk not being purely offensive, Uraraka has shown on several occasions that she knows how to exploit it to her advantage by compensating for the overall lack of attack power thanks to her strategy, also transforming floating debris into a shower of free-falling bullets. Her hero name is Uravity.
13. Ibara Shiozaki

A kind and honest 1-B student. Her Vines Quirk allows her to use her vine-shaped hair to attack or trap her enemies; during the Sports Festival, she demonstrated in the fight with Kaminari that she can use her screws as a ground to discharge electricity.
To regrow the cut vines, she has to water them and expose herself to the sun, as for real plants. Initially, she had chosen Maria as her hero name and then changed it to Vine.
12. Thirteen
Affiliation: Hero
A space Hero dressed as an astronaut, she is an expert in rescues and in the treatment of cataclysmic situations, and for this reason, Ochaco’s model heroine.
With her she Quirk Black Hole she can conjure up a black hole that turns everything she sucks into dust. Her physiognomy is unknown and when her suit was half destroyed by Kurogiri during the assault on the USJ, it appeared to be empty.
According to a prototype sketch of her, her name could be Hirōki Anakuro. Although in the compendiums of the series she is shown as a woman, in some versions of the animated adaptation, Thirteen is incorrectly rendered as a man.
11. Kyoka Jiro
Affiliation: Hero
A girl of class 1-A, she is rather reserved and a lover of rock music who sometimes reveals a cold and sometimes rude character, however showing a more cordial personality towards her friends.
Because of her Quirk, Earphone Jack, she has long earlobes with a jack at the end that he can plug into anything to hear otherwise inaudible sounds or amplify the sound of her own heartbeat through the special speakers used by Kyoka to explosive levels.
The lobes can also be stretched up to six meters and act as whips, being remarkably strong. Her hero name is the very name of her Quirk: Earphone Jack
10. Mina Ashido

A class 1-A student with pink hair and lilac skin, she was considered by all to be a future heroine from an early age. She is described as sociable, cheerful, and enthusiastic, having a smile on her face most of the time, but she is also an emotional girl and therefore can easily become sad or restless.
Taking inspiration from Eijiro, Mina also began using her Quirk, Acid, as armor with both defensive and offensive functions no wonder she made it onto our list of most powerful My Hero Academia girls. She initially chose Alien Queen as her superhero name but, on Midnight’s advice, she later opted for Pinky.
9. Tsuyu Asui

A girl from class 1-A. The heroine name she chose is Froppy. Tsuyu is a straightforward and fairly relaxed girl who always tells others what is on her mind and what she thinks.
Her Quirk Frog gives her a frog-like appearance and abilities such as great swimming skills, stretching her tongue up to 20 meters, climbing vertical walls, jumping to superhuman heights, camouflaging (a skill learned over the course of the series), hiding objects in his stomach and secrete a weak paralyzing poison from the gastric walls.
8. Momo Yaoyorozu

She is the deputy head of class 1-A. Thanks to her Quirk, Creation, she possesses the ability to create any material or inanimate object from her naked skin, as long as she knows its molecular structures; to do this, her body breaks down the lipids at the atomic level and then converts them.
According to her, the more she eats the more material she has available to create. Also, the larger an object is, the more time it will take you to create it and the more skin it takes to get it out. Her hero name is Creatie.
7. Himiko Toga

Himiko is a very talented and dangerous fighter who is not only capable of melee combat with Pro Heroes but is also a master of disguise, infiltration, and camouflage, mainly due to her metamorphosis.
Espionage is one of her most salient qualities, holding her breath and clearing her mind, allowing Himiko to erase her presence and supposedly disappear from the sight of her enemies.
This ability is not limited to ambushes as it can also be used in combat and disappears if the opponent distracts their attention, even for a moment.
And although she lacks one Quirk that amplifies her combat skills, Himiko effectively uses her incredible agility, reflexes, and acrobatic skills. She is also adept at creating openings for hiding, such as deliberately forcing an opponent to escape.
6. Yu Takeyama

A Hero much appreciated by the media (also due to her curvy physique), she entered into action relatively recently with the alias of Mount Lady, whose Quirk Gigantification grants her the ability to increase her size up to 20 meters, with consequent increase of strength and endurance.
Because of these powers, she can only fight best in outdoor locations. In the Pro Hero ranking, she is in 23rd place.
5. Nejire Hado

A third-year student and one of the three strongest students in the school (the Big 3). As a hero alias, she simply calls herself Nejire-chan.
Her Quirk is called Wave Motion and allows her to transform her life energy into shock waves (made yellow-golden in the cardboard), which for some reason they move in a spiral motion making them powerful, but relatively slow.
She also knows how to use them to levitate and, if she uses her power for a long time, she can be severely fatigued by having converted too much physical stamina.
4. Ryuko Tatsuma
Affiliation: Hero
A Hero who joined the rescue operation of Eri, she is better known as Ryukyu. Her Quirk is called Dragon and it allows her to become a large dragon, although she retains some humanoid traits (like her hands).
She took her wing under her as her protector of Uraraka and Tsuyu during their apprenticeship. She is in tenth place on the Pro Hero leaderboard.
3. Eri

Eri’s Quirk enables her to restore the body of a living individual to a previous state, allowing her to physically rejuvenate her target, heal wounds and reverse physical changes. It has even shown the ability to rewind a person’s body to a point before it exists.
The source of the power of their quirk is in the horn above her head, and the size of the horn determines the strength of her power. It’s also an accumulation-type Quirk, meaning that the energy it emits has to build up over a period of time before it can be used. Due to the mutation of her Quirk in her body, Eri’s blood is able to attack a person’s Quirk and stop its activation by reversing the target’s evolution before the point of the Quirk Phenomenon.

Also known as Mirko, she is a young woman with tanned skin and an athletic and muscular physique, ranked fifth among the Pro Heroes. She has a tremendous sense of justice and lives for the day, so that she feels like she always gave her best and that she can die with no regrets.
Her Quirk, Rabbit, gives her the appearance and skills similar to those of a rabbit: Rumi in fact possesses a very fine and developed hearing thanks to her rabbit ears, agility, and extreme reflexes, and above all an enormous strength in the legs, thanks to which he can move at high speeds, take great leaps and deliver powerful kicks.

Our number one My Hero Academia girl. Nana Shimura is the Hero who used the power of One For All before it passed it to Toshinori, then without Quirk; she, along with One For All, had the Quirk Float, which allowed her to hover in the air and float.
Little is known about her: she is described as a woman with a great sense of duty and justice, she is firm in the idea that a hero should always smile to instill courage and hope in people; she was also a great friend of Gran Torino.
