‘My Happy Marriage’ Announces New Anime Project Following Second Season, Teaser Released

Akumi Agitogi started the My Happy Marriage light novel series in 2019 and since then, it has become one of the most popular romance stories of this generation. As of the time of writing, there are nine volumes in print.
The series has been adapted into a manga, but also an anime series, which premiered on July 5, 2023. A live-action film was also released that year. The anime series’ second season ended on April 9, 2025 after some delays.
After 26 episodes, 13 in each season, My Happy Marriage fans can look forward to the future, as a new project has been confirmed.

The trailer teases a new anime project and that is all that we know at this moment. It hasn’t been specified whether we’re looking at a new season of the show, an OVA, or perhaps even an anime movie. At this point, it is unclear, but we definitely know that more anime content is coming.
The anime has so far featured the voice talents of Reina Ueda as Miyo Saimori, Kaito Ishikawa as Kiyoka Kudo, Ayane Sakura as Kaya Saimori, Kōtarō Nishiyama as Kōji Tatsuishi, Houko Kuwashima as Yurie, Hiro Shimono as Yoshito Godō, Ryōhei Kimura as Arata Tsuruki, Yōko Hikasa as Hazuki Kudo, Ryōtarō Okiayu as Tadakiyo Kudo, Kikuko Inoue as Fuyu Kudo, and Yūya Uchida as Naoshi Usui.
And while the light novel series is continuing, we’ll still have ti wait a bit for more updates on the upcoming anime project.
