Jennifer Lopez brought full-scale glamour to Vogue World: Milano on September 22, not just attending but actually taking to the runway itself in a dramatic black Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown, performing choreography while dressed in the house’s own diamond jewelry and slingback stilettos.
Lopez wore a strapless, off-the-shoulder black ball gown from Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda 2026 collection, featuring a fitted, sheer-paneled bodice covered in oversized black floral appliqué and sequin detailing. The dress expanded from the waist into a full, tea-length skirt layered in tulle and matching black lace florals, giving the silhouette a dramatic, ball gown-like shape.
She completed the look with long, sheer black opera gloves stretching past the elbow and simple pointed black pumps, letting the gown and jewelry take center stage rather than her footwear. Her hair fell in loose, voluminous waves, paired with glowing, bronzed makeup and a bold pink lip.

While the gown itself commanded attention, Lopez’s necklace turned out to be the night’s real showstopper.
