As reported by Deadline, MCU’s star Robert Downey Jr and Oscar-winner Matt Damon joined the cast of Christopher Nolan’s new feature film. It is known that Nolan’s films are usually filled with some of the biggest stars, and this one is certainly no different. Following his disagreement with Warner Bros about the simultaneous release in theaters and on HBOMax during the pandemic, Nolan severed ties with the company and moved to Universal Pictures.

Written and directed by Christopher Nolan, and distributed by Universal Pictures, Oppenheimer will land exclusively in theaters on July 21, 2023.
