Adam Scott has shared a very negative review of his recent trip to Coachella, saying he had a “terrible” experience at the festival.

Speaking on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, the “Severance” actor explained that he attended the event in California’s desert with his wife Naomi and their 17-year-old daughter Frankie, along with a group of her friends.

The trip was mainly centered around supporting the teenagers. Scott and his wife spent much of the time dropping them off and picking them up across the festival weekend. On one of the days, they decided to stay inside the venue and watch live performances.

Scott said the only part of the weekend he actually enjoyed was seeing The Strokes perform. That moment stood out as the highlight of the entire visit for him.

He described the rest of the experience as uncomfortable and frustrating. According to him, once performances ended, there was no easy place to sit, rest, or wait between shows. He also said the constant movement and lack of space made it hard to enjoy the event.

Scott and his wife also stayed for Justin Bieber’s headline performance, which he called very good. Even with that, the night quickly became difficult once they had to regroup with their daughter and her friends.

He explained that it took about an hour to locate them after the show ended. After that, the situation got even more exhausting when they tried to leave the festival grounds.

Scott said they were stuck in traffic for a long time, spending hours just trying to exit the parking area. By the time they finally got home, it was already early morning.

He pointed out that they ended up going to bed around 5 a.m., something he noted felt very different from the typical Coachella experience many attendees enjoy.

This year’s Coachella took place over two weekends in Indio, California, from April 10 to April 19. Major headliners included Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, and Karol G.

Scott’s experience shows how differently people can react to the same event. What is exciting for younger festivalgoers can feel exhausting and stressful for parents dealing with crowds, logistics, and long waits. Do you think big festivals are still enjoyable for families, or are they really meant for a younger crowd? Share your thoughts in the comments.
