Spider-Man: No Way Home: It Is Known When The Second Trailer Will Arrive

Waiting is almost over. Not for the movie, but for the long-anticipated second trailer for the even longer anticipated Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Sony Pictures announced that the trailer will arrive on Tuesday, November 16, at the fan event at Regal Sherman Oaks Galleria venue Los Angeles. Sony confirmed it with the statement:
“Trailer launch fan event with big surprises – Tuesday, November 16th
5:00 PM PT
The second trailer will release exactly one month before the movie hits theaters. The first trailer debuted last August and it literally exploded. With 355.5 million views in general, it became the most-watched trailer in the first 24 hours, beating the previous record of Avengers Endgame.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is one of the most anticipated Marvel movies ever. Tom Holland returns as a web-slinger in his third solo movie, which is also his sixth MCU appearance in general. It is still unknown if it’s gonna be the last appearance. Probably not, but you never know.
Alfred Molina is reprising the role of Doctor Octopus he first played in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2, while Jamie Foxx returns as Electro, the role he played in Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Willem Dafoe is also returning as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin from Raimi’s Spider-Man, and Thomas Haden Church is also reportedly returning as Sandman from Raimi’s Spider-Man 3.
Benedict Cumberbatch will reprise the role of Doctor Strange ahead of his own sequel – Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness – which is set to be released next May. Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, J. B. Smoove, and Benedict Wong are also all reprising their respective MCU roles.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
