After almost three years on hiatus, one of Netflix’s most popular shows — Stranger Things — is finally returning with its long-awaited fourth season. Netflix and series creators, The Duffer Brothers, recently began promoting the season while fans are beyond excited for the return of the popular series.

Netflix previously revealed teasers, synopsis, posters, and the announcement that the series will also return for Season 5. Now, they finally revealed the official, 3-minute long trailer! Check the trailer and the official synopsis down below:

The fourth season of Stranger Things is starring Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, and Cara Buono. Brett Gelman, who plays Murray Bauman, is promoted to a series regular for this season.

The Duffer Brothers previously announced that the series will have a fifth season, which will be the last season of the series. We can only hope that we won’t need to wait another three years for it.

Stranger Things 4 will drop on Netflix in two parts. The first one is set for May 27, 2022, and the second one will premiere five weeks later on July 1, 2022.
