American Born Chinese (TV Series)

‘American Born Chinese’ is an action comedy television series available on Disney+. Created by Kelvin Yu, the show revolves around Jin Wang, a 10th-grade student who struggles to fit in with his peers. Jin’s life takes an unexpected turn when he is assigned to be the guide for Wei-Chen, a new exchange student. Through this experience, Jin finds himself embroiled in a battle between mythical Chinese gods, such as Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King and Guanyin.
