‘The Rising of the Shield Hero’ Season 3 Episode 12 Release Date & Time

‘The Rising of the Shield Hero’ is an anime series adapted from Aneko Yusagi’s light novels. It was announced at the 2019 Crunchyroll Expo that the series would receive a second and third season. Directed by Hitoshi Haga, the third season features the return of the previous staff and introduces music composers Alfredo Sirica and Natalie Jeffrey. 

The story follows Naofumi Iwatani, a laid-back Japanese youth summoned to a parallel world as one of the Cardinal Heroes tasked with battling inter-dimensional monster hordes. Naofumi, equipped with the Legendary Shield, faces adversity when his single companion, revealed to be the kingdom’s princess, betrays him, falsely accuses him of assault, steals his belongings, and leaves him without support or supplies. The anime’s third season is just a few days away, so it’s due time to see what the release schedule is.

‘The Rising of the Shield Hero’ Episode 12 of Season 3 will be released on Friday, December 22, 2023. The title of the 12th episode is ‘The Ones We Must Protect’and we can expect the series to regularly air weekly. The following is air time for different time zones.

The only place where you can watch ‘The Rising of Shield Hero’ anime regularly is Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll offers the series regularly through simulcast, but you’ll have to watch it in Japanese, with English subtitles; the dub will be released at a later date, as usual.
