‘Transformers’ Star Megan Fox Is Reportedly Unbothered by MGK’s Rumored Romance With Dakota Johnson

Few celebrity relationships have drawn as much attention as Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s on-again, off-again romance. The pair first met while filming ‘Midnight in the Switchgrass’ in 2020, got engaged in January 2022, and called it quits in November 2024 after a turbulent few years together. They welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade, in March 2025 and have been co-parenting ever since.

Since then, MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, has found himself linked to a new A-lister. He and Dakota Johnson reportedly first crossed paths at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden, and in September, the pair were photographed arriving at Swift’s Tribeca apartment in New York before heading to Johnson’s nearby hotel.

Now, it seems Fox has little interest in the speculation. According to an exclusive report from TMZ, sources familiar with the situation say the ‘Transformers’ star is completely unbothered by MGK moving on with Johnson and has no interest in getting involved in his love life. The outlet reports that Fox has put their former romance firmly in the rearview mirror.

TMZ’s sources also claim the exes have no relationship outside of co-parenting their daughter, with Fox reportedly cutting MGK off entirely unless it involves their little girl. That lines up with an earlier TMZ report that Fox had blocked MGK on Instagram after he left comments on her posts.

As for her own love life, Fox is reportedly single and planning to keep it that way. Sources say she’s focusing on being a hands-on mom and building her career. She’s already been busy on the professional front. According to TMZ, Fox recently launched an exclusive content page on Subs.com and has been appearing in a new ad campaign for telehealth company Ro.

A source previously told Us Weekly that the former couple only communicates about their daughter and co-parenting logistics, adding that they both feel the arrangement works better that way.

Meanwhile, MGK and Johnson have continued to fuel dating rumors. Last week, Johnson was spotted waiting outside a Los Angeles recording studio before joining the musician in his sports car, and Page Six reported that his car was photographed parked outside her house the following morning. Johnson also sat front row at Vogue World in Milan in September, where MGK performed.

An unnamed source told Us Weekly that the pair had an instant spark after meeting and are seriously dating. However, neither Johnson nor MGK has publicly confirmed the relationship.

Johnson, for her part, doesn’t seem interested in addressing the chatter. In a recent Vogue interview, she said she has no energy to correct every rumor about her personal life and simply doesn’t care what’s circulating online.

The rumored romance follows major relationship changes for both stars. Johnson ended her nearly 8-year relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in June 2025 and was later linked to musician Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, before that relationship reportedly ended this summer.

MGK’s history with Fox, meanwhile, has played out in the public eye for years. Before her relationship with the rocker, Fox’s longest relationship was with actor Brian Austin Green. For now, it appears everyone involved is moving forward in their own way. Fox is reportedly focused on her daughter and career, while MGK and Johnson keep fans guessing about where their connection is headed.
