TV Shows Premieres: March 18 – 25 (All Platforms & Services)
The upcoming week will mostly be marked by a plethora of reality shows with some notable expectations arriving on Apple TV+, Disney+, and Netflix. The highlight of the week will certainly be the long-awaited ‘X-Men ’97’, ‘Three-Body Problem’ and ‘Davey & Jonesie’s Locker’ and ‘My Undead Yokai Girlfriend.’ Let’s see what’s new:
1. ‘Photographer’ Season 1 (March 18, 2025)

The show will explore the work and influence of renowned photographers Campbell Addy, Cristina Mittermeier, Paul Nicklen, Muhammed Muheisen, Anand Varma, Dan Winters, and Krystle Wright across different genres of photography. ‘Photographer’ will premiere on National Geographic on Monday, March 18 at 8:00 PM-10:00 PM EST and if you miss an episode you can always stream it a day later on Disney+ and Hulu. The first season will consist of 6 episodes in total.
2. ‘Physical: 100’ Season 2 (March 19, 2024)
‘Physical: 100’ is a reality show which returns with the second season on Netflix. The premise of the show is fairly simple as 100 contestants compete to see who has the ultimate physique. You can follow the contents on Tuesday, Mach 19th.
3. ‘The Valley’ Season 1 (March 19, 2024)
‘The Valley’ is a reality TV series that depicts a group of friends transitioning from the glamorous lifestyle of West Hollywood to the challenges of family life in the Valley. As they navigate new responsibilities, they also confront the complexities of their careers, relationships, and friendships. The show stars Daniel Booko, Jax Taylor, and Brittany Cartwright. 4. ‘Forever Queens’ Season 2 (March 19, 2024)
‘Forever Queens’ chronicles the lives of Mexican entertainment icons LucÃa Méndez, Sylvia Pasquel, Laura Zapata, and Lorena Herrera as they develop a special bond of friendship. The show will be available on Netflix on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
5. ‘X-Men ’97’ (March 20, 2024)

‘X-Men ’97’ is an upcoming animated series for Disney+, serving as a continuation of the beloved ’90s show ‘X-Men: The Animated Series.’ Created by Beau DeMayo, it follows the iconic Marvel Comics superhero team facing new challenges after the loss of their leader, Professor X. The show will premiere with the first two episodes on March 20, 2024, at 3:01 AM-3:30 AM EST on Disney+.
6. ‘Palm Royale’ (March 20, 2024)

‘Palm Royale’ is a period comedy miniseries based on Juliet McDaniel’s novel ‘Mr. & Mrs. American Pie,’ created by Abe Sylvia for Apple TV. The show follows outsider Max Simmons as she attempts to integrate into Palm Beach high society by joining the town’s exclusive resort club. Starring Kristen Wiig as Maxine Simmons, Laura Dern as Linda, Allison Janney as Evelyn, and Leslie Bibb as Dinah. The show will premiere with the first three episodes on March 20, 2024 at 12:01 AM-12:30 AM EST on Apple TV+.
7. ‘Homicide: New York’ Season 1 (March 20, 2024)
‘Homicide: New York’ is a new docuseries created by Dick Wolf, Wolf Entertainment, and Alfred Street Industries. It focuses on infamous murder cases, offering insights from the detectives and prosecutors directly involved in solving them. The show will premiere with all episodes on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, on Netflix at 3:01 AM-4:00 AM EST
8. ‘Top Chef’ Season 21 (March 20, 2024)
‘Top Chef’ returns with the 21st season on March 20, 2024, at 9:00 PM-10:00 PM EST. You can follow the weekly episodes on Bravo.
9. ‘3 Body Problem’ (March 21, 2024)

‘3 Body Problem’ is an upcoming American science fiction TV series created by David Benioff, D. B. Weiss, and Alexander Woo, adapted from Liu Cixin’s Chinese novel ‘The Three-Body Problem.’ Scheduled to premiere on Netflix on March 21, 2024, it’s the second live-action adaptation following a 2023 Chinese series. The show will be released on Netflix on March 21, 2024, and will consist of 8 episodes in total.
10. ‘The Long Shadow’ Season 1 (March 21, 2024)
‘The Long Shadow’ is a British true crime drama series consisting of seven parts, created by George Kay and directed by Lewis Arnold. It chronicles the five-year pursuit of the serial killer Peter Sutcliffe, also known as the Yorkshire Ripper. The series premiered on ITV1 on September 25, 2023, but arrives to US viewers on March 21, 2024. You can watch the show on AMC+ and Sundance Now.
11. ‘Down Home Fab’ Season 2 (March 21, 2024)
‘Down Home Fab’ is a reality TV series that debuted in 2023. It follows Chelsea and Cole DeBoer, business owners from South Dakota, as they assist families in renovating their homes. The new season returns to HGTV this Thursday at 9:00 PM EST.
12. ‘Diarra From Detroit’ Season 1 (March 21, 2024)

‘Diarra from Detroit’ is an upcoming American mystery dark comedy-drama TV series created by Diarra Kilpatrick and executive produced by Kilpatrick and Kenya Barris. The show follows Kilpatrick’s character, a divorced schoolteacher, who believes she’s been ghosted by her Tinder date. Her quest to find him leads her into an old mystery entwined with the Detroit underworld. The series premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival and is set to debut on March 21, 2024, on BET+ at 3:01 AM EST.
13. ‘House Hunters: All Stars’ Season 1 (March 21, 2024)
HGTV stars guide clients through home shopping in their familiar cities, touring residential properties, and offering advice on real estate investments customized to each buyer’s preferences. The show returns to HGTV this Thursday at 10:00 PM EST.
14. ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ Season 2 (March 22, 2024)
‘Buying Beverly Hills’ is a TV series that has been airing since 2022. Rated TV-MA and with episodes running for 40 minutes each, it follows the clients and agents associated with Mauricio Umansky’s The Agency in Beverly Hills. The second season will arrive on Netflix on Friday, March 22.
15. ‘Davey & Jonesie’s Locker’ (March 22, 2024)

‘Davey & Jonesie’s Locker’ TV series centers around Davey and Jonesie, two quirky best friends who feel out of place in their high school. When they discover their locker is a portal to the multiverse, they eagerly seek adventure beyond their normal and sometimes boring lives. However, things don’t go exactly as planned, leading to unexpected twists and turns. The show arrives on Hulu with all episodes on Friday, March 22 at 12:01 AM EST.
16. ‘My Undead Yokai Girlfriend’ (March 22, 2024)

Set in Kyoto, ‘My Undead Yokai Girlfriend’ deals with Japanese folklore, specifically it tells the story of ‘Yokai’ and ‘Otaku.’ The story follows lonely college student Tadashi, eager to find love, and Izzy, a Yokai girl bound to him by a magical hex. However, their quirky romance takes a dramatic turn when Izzy reveals her true intention: seeking revenge on a human family for an incident centuries ago. All episodes will be released on Friday, March 22 on Amazon Prime at 12:01 AM EST.
17. ‘Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard’ Season 2 (March 24, 2024)
‘Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard’ is a TV series that premiered in 2023. It follows a group of 12 friends as they enjoy their island getaway on Martha’s Vineyard. The show promises beach parties, decadent dinners, and summer hookups, offering both fun and drama for these young Black professionals and entrepreneurs. The show returns with the second season to Bravo on Sunday, March 24 at 9:00 PM EST.
