The Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNaF) franchise is expanding once again, with reports suggesting that two new games are currently in development.

Originally launched as a small indie horror game, FNaF quickly became a massive success, gaining popularity through YouTube playthroughs from creators like Markiplier and Jacksepticeye.

Its eerie animatronics and mysterious story captivated players, leading to multiple sequels, books, and even a Hollywood movie produced by Blumhouse, which hit theaters and Peacock in October 2023.

The information about the two new games in development was brought to us by Daniel Richtman, a notable industry insider on his Patreon.

Virtually nothing is known about the games, and we expect to have more information soon.

We know that the series is getting a new main game, Secret of the Mimic, set to release on June 13, 2025, for PlayStation 5 and Windows. A kart racing spin-off called Five Laps at Freddy’s was also announced, with a demo released in August 2024 and a full launch planned for 2025.

Additionally, a Five Nights at Freddy’s game for Roblox, Survival Crew, was accidentally released in an unfinished state in December 2023 but was quickly taken down, with a proper release promised for 2024 and now 2025. The unfinished version had gameplay similar to Dead by Daylight, according to players.
