‘Vision Quest’s’ Ending Could Reportedly Feature Ghost Agatha or a Return of a Fan-Favorite Character

When WandaVision first came out, Marvel revealed that two spin-offs were being developed. One would focus on Agatha Harkness, and the other would follow White Vision. Now, after fans enjoyed Agatha: All Along, excitement is building for the last part of this unofficial trilogy: Vision Quest.
We don’t know much about Vision Quest yet. What’s clear is that it will tell the story of White Vision after the events in WandaVision.
Fans are also expecting the return of Ultron, the villainous robot. Some rumors suggest that Jocasta, who is known as Ultron’s bride, might also appear in the show.
Paul Bettany, who plays Vision, recently said he’s been watching Agatha All ALong again to get ready for his role in Vision Quest. This hints that the stories in these spin-offs are closely connected.
Daniel Richtman, a well-known insider in the entertainment industry, shared some new details about the show. He revealed that the creators of Vision Quest are testing different endings for the series. One ending could include Ghost Agatha and Billy, while another might focus on Wanda.
Richtman also mentioned that the production team is trying to save money on special effects. Instead of making the robot or AI characters look like robots all the time, they will mostly appear as normal humans.
This way, they can finish filming faster and hope to release the show as soon as next year. Richtman shared this news on his Patreon page.
Filming for Vision Quest began on March 14, 2025, at Pinewood Studios in London. The show’s working title during filming was Tin Man.
The directors involved are Terry Matalas, Laura Byrne, Vincenzo Natali, and Samira Monteiro. The cinematographers are Christopher Ross and Neville Kidd. Originally, filming was planned to start in late 2024 but was delayed a bit. Amelia Allwarden, who edited Echo (2024), is handling the editing for Vision Quest as well.
Vision Quest is expected to be released on Disney+ in 2026. It will be part of Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
