‘X-Men’ #19 Will Reveal What Comes After Apocalypse as Doug Ramsey Works on His Sinister Plan

The X-Men series is known for its twists and turns, and as we have said on this site before, some of Marvel’s greatest and boldest stories came from the world of the X-Men. This is why these characters are so popular and why each X-Men series always manages to attract attention.
Recent happenings in the main series have given us yet another interesting future to look forward to after Apocalypse went on to search for a successor, conceding that his methods are now outdated.
The story will be continued in X-Men #19, which comes out in July 2025, and we have some new information about the upcoming issue.
At this point, to be true, we do not know much about the future, but we know that Apocalypse is a thing of the past. (For now, of course, as the big baddie will certainly make a grand comeback at one point).
Conceding that his methods are outdated, Apocalypse recently set out to find a successor, someone who would continue his plans but also be in touch with the reality of contemporary times. A tournament was organized, and among the 12 Mutants that participated, Doug Ramsey, known as Cypher, won and became Apocalypse’s successor.
Having said this, the series is slowly entering a new arc that will be, as you can see, called Revelation, which is also Cypher’s new name in the story. Revelation is going to start with his sinister plan, and we are quite excited to see how it is all going to play out.
The story comes out in Jul,y and it will be brought to us by the creative team of Jed MacKay and Netho Diaz. And while there are still many mysteries related to Revelation’s plans, we cannot wait to see what the new arc will bring.
