‘Yaga’ Episode 5 Release Date, Time, Where to Watch and Preview
The fifth episode of ‘Yaga’ is titled The Horns and arrives on November 13. The eight episode supernatural mystery began with a two episode premiere on October 23 and has followed a weekly Friday rollout since.
Viewers planning ahead for the next chapter of ‘Yaga’ will want to know exactly when it drops, which service carries it in their region, and what has been shared about the story so far. This guide gathers the confirmed schedule, regional release times, streaming options and the preview material currently available.
‘Yaga’ Episode 5 Release Date and Season Schedule
The fifth episode, The Horns, is scheduled for November 13. Rotten Tomatoes also lists that date for the episode. That places it one week after the fourth episode, which sits in the middle of a tightly paced eight episode run.
The third episode, A Good Boy, arrived on October 30, and the fourth episode, Dance With The Devil, is set for November 6. Anyone catching up before the next release has a single episode to watch first.
The sixth episode, Mother Witch, follows on November 20. The final two episodes, There Must Always Be Three and We Are All Yaga, will arrive together on November 27. That means the fifth episode is the last single episode release before the closing stretch of the season.
Each installment runs for roughly 30 minutes, so The Horns should be an easy addition to a Friday viewing routine.
‘Yaga’ Release Time for Each Region
On AMC+ in the United States, new episodes arrive on Fridays at 3 a.m. ET, which works out to 12 a.m. PT. That is an awkward hour for viewers on the West Coast, though the episode will be waiting whenever they are ready to press play.
Show Snob expects Crave in Canada to release episodes at 12 a.m. ET, or 9 p.m. PT the night before, though that timing was described as likely rather than confirmed. Canadian viewers may therefore get access a few hours ahead of their American counterparts.
Australian audiences have a reference point from the premiere. Marie Claire Australia reported that the first two episodes were set to arrive on Binge and Foxtel at 6pm AEDT. Viewers there should check their provider for the weekly timing of later episodes.
Where to Watch ‘Yaga’ Episode 5 Online
In the United States the series streams on AMC+, while Canadian viewers can find it on Crave. Those two platforms are the primary homes for the show in North America.
Sky carries the series in the United Kingdom and Ireland, HBO Max handles the rest of Europe, Foxtel has it in Australia and Sky New Zealand serves New Zealand. Availability in other territories was not confirmed in the sources reviewed.
Reelgood notes that the first episode can be watched on Crave without a paid subscription, though the remaining episodes require an active account. The content is also aimed squarely at adults. AMC+ gave the show a TV-MA rating, while Crave applied an 18+ rating for violence, language, nudity and mature themes.
Preview of ‘Yaga’ Episode 5 and What to Expect
The official listing for the fifth episode describes a psychological descent into ancient witchcraft, power and seduction, in which two investigators unlock dark secrets after questioning a mysterious professor about a missing student. That same synopsis appears on the listings for the other episodes of the season. The listing therefore offers no plot details specific to The Horns, so what happens in the episode remains under wraps.
The wider setup gives some context. Private investigator Rapp arrives in a small coastal town to look into the disappearance of Henry Park, a young heir to a powerful fishery, and finds himself at odds with an apprehensive local detective named Carson, a charismatic professor named Katherine and a web of suspects. The cast includes Noah Reid, Carrie-Anne Moss, Clark Backo and Hudson Williams.
The story has already changed shape since the premiere. Crave described the third episode as the point where the missing persons investigation becomes a murder case. Partygoers discover the body of Logan on the beach. The fifth episode arrives with that darker investigation fully in motion and only three episodes left to resolve it.
Creator Kat Sandler has spoken to Variety about the show’s feminist themes, noting how rarely audiences get to enjoy and root for women behaving badly. As of October, a second season had not been announced, which gives the remaining episodes added weight as a complete story. If The Horns pushes Rapp and Carson closer to Katherine Hargrove, do you think the professor’s role in Henry Park’s disappearance will finally come into focus?
