Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page Shine in New ‘You, Me & Tuscany’ Trailer
Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy You, Me & Tuscany, starring Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page. The film is set on Italy’s picturesque Amalfi Coast and is scheduled to hit theaters in the United States on April 10, 2026.
The story follows Anna, played by Halle Bailey, a young and adventurous cook who decides to squat in a vacant Tuscan villa owned by a man she barely knows. This bold choice leads her into a mix of adventures, lies, and unexpected romance. Regé-Jean Page plays Michael, a cousin of the villa’s owner, adding another layer of intrigue to the story.

The cast also includes Lorenzo de Moor as Matteo, Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott as Claire, Nia Vardalos as Mrs. Dunn, and Isabella Ferrari as Gabriella, Matteo’s mother. The ensemble brings together a mix of established and rising talent, creating a dynamic group of characters for the story to unfold around.
Director Kat Coiro helms the film, with a script by Ryan Engle. Originally announced in March 2025 under the working title Italianna, the film went through casting updates over the following months, including additions of Marco Calvani, Aziza Scott, and Lorenzo de Moor. Filming began in June, using the stunning landscapes of the Amalfi Coast to bring the story to life.
The new trailer released by Universal gives fans their first extended look at the film, showing off the chemistry between Bailey and Page, as well as the beautiful Italian scenery that serves as the backdrop for Anna’s adventure.
From what we can see in the trailer, You, Me & Tuscany promises a fun mix of romance, comedy, and scenic charm. It looks like it could become a favorite for viewers who enjoy feel-good love stories set in gorgeous locations.
