Khloé Kardashian has admitted that she doesn’t believe the moon landing happened, and she says she may have influenced her sister Kim’s beliefs on the topic.

The confession came after Kim went viral on the October 30 episode of The Kardashians, where she told Sarah Paulson that she doubts the 1969 moon landing and even sent Paulson numerous articles about astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong.

In an interview with People published on November 18, Khloé took some responsibility for Kim’s conspiracy theories. “I don’t believe in the moon landing. That’s very controversial. And I feel bad because I think I riled Kim up about it, and I’ve gotten her into a lot of trouble!” she said.

She explained that she and their brother Rob have shared information with Kim that may have fueled her skepticism. “I don’t think it happened. I think me and my brother [Rob Kardashian], we’ve fed her a lot of information. I don’t know, I feel bad about that, but I’m going to die on this hill!”

Khloé also shared her thoughts on why she doubts the historic event. “I don’t expect the government to admit the moon landing was faked, because then if they admit that didn’t happen… I mean, there’s a long list of things you can look into, and some are too scary to talk about publicly because you don’t want anyone getting mad at you,” she said.

She also plans to explore more of her conspiracy beliefs on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land.
