Jennifer Aniston’s Trainer Spills Secrets to Her Incredible 56-Year-Old Body
At 56, Jennifer Aniston continues to defy age, and her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, recently revealed how the actress maintains her famously fit physique through unwavering dedication to fitness.
Coleman, the founder and VP of training at Pvolve, highlighted that Aniston’s success comes from a mindset that prioritizes movement above all else.
No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body, Coleman told the Daily Mail . She understands that doing something each day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing, which is why she loves Pvolve because we have workouts of all lengths and formats.
Coleman, who calls Aniston a “super woman” when it comes to her level of commitment, explained that their sessions together focus on high-intensity, full-body formats. They utilize the Pvolve functional fitness system, which emphasizes low-impact movements that build lean muscle mass without putting undue stress on the joints.
Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training, Coleman explained. We do full-body workouts and love to frequent our p.band, p.3 trainer, p.ball, and gliders, and we mix in heavy dumbbells with a focus on building lean muscle mass.
The trainer also noted that while the sessions are filled with hard work, they aren’t without their lighthearted moments. According to Coleman, their workouts often include a great playlist and a few intermissions to play with Aniston’s beloved dogs.
Aniston has been a partner and vocal advocate for the Pvolve program since 2023, often crediting the functional fitness approach for keeping her feeling strong and capable. By focusing on multi-directional movements rather than traditional isolated exercises, the actress is able to maintain the athletic tone she has been known for since her days on Friends.
When she isn’t in the gym, Aniston remains one of the busiest and most influential figures in the entertainment industry. She is currently preparing for the premiere of the fourth season of her hit Apple TV+ drama The Morning Show, which is scheduled to return to screens later this year. Aniston not only stars as Alex Levy in the series but also serves as an executive producer alongside her co-star, Reese Witherspoon.
On the film front, Aniston is currently in development on several high-profile projects through her production banner, Echo Films.
Additionally, fans have been revisiting her classic catalog as of late, with her 2009 romantic comedy He’s Just Not That Into You currently trending on Prime Video as it celebrates its 17th anniversary. Outside of Hollywood, she continues to manage her hair care brand, LolaVie, which has expanded its global footprint significantly over the past year.
Rumors of a potential Horrible Bosses 3 have also surfaced in early 2026, as Aniston recently expressed interest in revisiting her role as the eccentric Dr. Julia Harris.
