Sydney Sweeney has been spending a lot of time in the gym lately, and it shows. The actress was recently seen after a tough workout, stepping out in a matching activewear set that gave off a relaxed but stylish vibe. Even in her cooldown moment, she looked confident and put together, showing how easily she blends fitness with fashion.

The moment got more attention when Athleta shared a throwback from one of their past collaborations with her. The brand posted photos from their popular Glow collection and reminded fans why the partnership made such a strong impact.

In their caption, they wrote, 🌟 @sydney_sweeney stepping out in our limited edition Glow drop. 🌟 We’ve never 👏 ever 👏 been 👏 happier 👏. The post quickly picked up traction online, with fans revisiting the look that first made waves.

The renewed buzz comes at a time when Sydney Sweeney has been going through a major physical change for her work. She gained around 35 pounds of muscle while preparing to play boxing legend Christy Martin in a biopic. Her training was intense and included weightlifting, kickboxing, and boxing drills.

Sources close to the production have said she even built a full gym at home to keep up with the demanding schedule. The transformation was not just for looks but to fully step into the role of the 1990s champion.

At the same time, fans are waiting to see her back as Cassie in the third season of Euphoria, which is expected to arrive in April with a time jump in the story.

Beyond acting, her company Fifty-Fifty Films is developing new projects, including the sci-fi film Gundam with Noah Centineo. She is also attached to star in an adaptation of The Custom of the Country, directed by Josie Rourke, as confirmed by industry reports.

Between film roles, brand work, and her fitness routine, Sweeney continues to balance many projects at once. Her recent transformation, confirmed through production coverage and training reports, shows just how much effort she puts into preparing for each role.
