Oscars 2026 Gift Bags Include $346,000 Worth of Luxury Items Including Cosmetic Surgery
The 98th Academy Awards provided more than just golden statuettes for Hollywood’s elite, as the legendary “Everyone Wins” nominee gift bags reached a staggering new valuation.
Organized by the marketing firm Distinctive Assets, each of these luxurious packages is estimated to be worth around $346,621. This year, the bags were distributed to all 25 individuals nominated across the major acting and directing categories, regardless of whether they took home an Oscar.
While the bags contain roughly $5,836 in tangible items, the true value lies in the high-end vouchers and travel experiences included. Among the smaller physical gifts were specialized Oofos slides, designer T-shirts, and pretzels coated in chocolate and real gold.
High-profile stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Emma Stone, and Michael B. Jordan were among the elite group to receive the curated collection of prizes this year. The pricier components of the package offer a glimpse into the lifestyle of the rich and famous, featuring international vacations and aesthetic procedures.
Vouchers included a $35,000 stay at a secluded villa in Finland designed for viewing the Northern Lights, as well as $25,000 toward facial plastic surgery in New York. Interestingly, the bag also featured a $600 credit for a customized prenuptial agreement, reflecting the eclectic nature of the annual curation.
Lash Fary, the founder of Distinctive Assets, explained that the purpose of the gift bag is to celebrate artistry rather than address any financial requirement. Our extraordinary nominee gifts are in no way based on need, Fary noted in a press release.
He added that the agency aims to support diverse creators, stating, We are acknowledging these amazing nominees while elevating and showcasing small businesses, minority-owned brands, female entrepreneurs, and companies that give back at a time when everyone can use a little more fun and frivolity.
Fary also emphasized the sentimental value behind the tradition, describing it as a high-end way to soften the blow for those who do not win. The ‘Everyone Wins’ Gift Bag has become known as the ultimate consolation prize, he remarked.
He expressed his hope that the nominees would enjoy the offerings as a small token of our esteem for their contributions to the world of cinema over the past year. Michael B. Jordan, one of the most celebrated recipients this year, has had a historic run following his leading role in the supernatural thriller Sinners.
The film, directed by Ryan Coogler, dominated the awards season by earning 16 Academy Award nominations, the highest count for a single movie in history. Jordan, who played dual roles in the film, earned immense praise for his physical and emotional range in the Southern Gothic setting.
Aside from the success of Sinners, Jordan is currently preparing for several major upcoming projects that will keep him behind and in front of the camera. He is set to direct and star in Creed IV, continuing the saga of Adonis Creed for a new generation of fans.
Additionally, he is collaborating with Warner Bros. on a new adaptation of The Thomas Crown Affair, where he will take on the suave title role originally made famous by Steve McQueen.
The film Sinners also stars Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, and Delroy Lindo, and it follows a pair of brothers who return to their hometown only to encounter a sinister ancient evil.
The movie has been a massive commercial success, further solidifying the partnership between Jordan and Coogler as one of the most influential duos in modern Hollywood. Between his thriving production company, Outlier Society, and his consistent critical hits, Jordan remains one of the industry’s most powerful figures.
