Kathryn Newton Owns the Red Carpet in Figure-Fitting Crimson Look with Bold Couture Edge at ‘Ready or Not 2’ Event
Kathryn Newton is currently in London promoting her new film Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, and her latest red carpet appearance is getting a lot of attention online.
Newton showed up in a fully coordinated red outfit that followed a strong monochrome theme. The look was built around a fitted top and matching mini skirt in a deep red shade. The design also included a long fabric extension at the back of the skirt, which created a trailing effect as she moved and gave the outfit a more dramatic shape.
She kept the same color story from head to toe, pairing the outfit with matching tights and shoes. This created a seamless visual line and emphasized the single-color styling approach. Her hair was worn in a smooth, polished blowout, while her makeup featured a classic red lip to match the outfit’s tone.
The London appearance is part of her promotional work for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, which continues the story from the first film. In the sequel, Newton plays Faith MacCaullay, the sister of Samara Weaving’s character. The story follows both characters as they are pulled into a dangerous conflict involving powerful families after the events of the original movie.
Outside of this franchise, Newton is also building a wider film career. She is set to return to the superhero genre in an upcoming Marvel project, reportedly titled Young Avengers, expanding her presence in large-scale studio films.
The monochrome red styling works well for a horror sequel premiere because it feels sharp, direct, and memorable without being complicated. It also helps her stand out in a very controlled way. What do you think of her look for the London premiere? Share your thoughts in the comments.
