Daisy Edgar-Jones continues to solidify her position as a leading figure in both the global acting scene and the high-fashion world. On Tuesday evening, March 24, the 27-year-old star attended a gala dinner in South Kensington to celebrate the opening of the Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art exhibition.

The event, held at the Victoria and Albert Museum, drew an elite crowd of designers and celebrities to honor the surrealist legacy of Elsa Schiaparelli. For the occasion, Edgar-Jones chose a sophisticated beige co-ord from the storied fashion house that leaned into a structured, modern aesthetic.

The top featured a high funnel neck accented by signature gold buttons, providing a sharp contrast to the flowing lines of her asymmetric midi skirt. She kept her accessories minimal to allow the tailoring to remain the focus, opting for classic pointed black heels and a small black clutch.

The actress was joined at the gala by fellow industry heavyweights, including Elizabeth Debicki, who opted for a more provocative look with a dress designed to create a naked torso illusion.

The guest list was a testament to the exhibition’s cultural significance, featuring appearances by Regina King, Naomi Ackie, and Edward Enninful. DJ Calvin Harris and his wife Vick Hope were also among the notable pairs spotted enjoying the evening’s festivities.

As of March, Edgar-Jones is navigating one of the most productive chapters of her professional life following her massive box-office success in Twisters. She was recently named the newest Global Brand Ambassador for Estée Lauder, a role she officially began earlier this year with a worldwide campaign.

This partnership highlights her growing influence as a style icon, a transition that has been evident through her increasingly bold red-carpet choices. On the big screen, the actress is preparing for a highly anticipated year of releases, including the period drama Sense and Sensibility.

Directed by Georgia Oakley, the film is scheduled to hit theaters later this year, with Edgar-Jones starring in the lead role of Elinor Dashwood. She also recently wrapped production on the Netflix thriller Here Comes the Flood, an ambitious project directed by Fernando Meirelles that features an ensemble including Denzel Washington and Robert Pattinson.

Adding to her packed schedule, Edgar-Jones was recently confirmed as the lead for the film adaptation of the bestselling novel Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow. She will take on the role of Sadie Green, a talented video game designer, in a story that explores a complex creative partnership over several decades.

The film is being directed by Siân Heder, the Oscar-winning filmmaker behind CODA, and is expected to begin filming later this year. Whether she is attending prestigious gallery openings in London or leading major studio adaptations, Edgar-Jones is clearly one of the most in-demand talents of the current decade.
