Shaquille O’Neal (54) Shuts Down Shocking Sabrina Carpenter (26) DM Rumors
Shaquille O’Neal is setting the record straight about those rumors involving him and Sabrina Carpenter.
During a recent episode of his show called The Big Podcast, the basketball star made it very clear that he never tried to flirt with the singer online. He sat down with his co-host Bailey Jackson and the rapper Jim Jones to look at the supposed leaked messages that have been flying around social media.
The whole situation started because of some screenshots that looked like Shaq was sending risky messages to the Espresso singer. According to the news from TMZ and USA TODAY, these messages were pretty wild and even included some gross jokes about farts before getting even more inappropriate. Shaq showed the posts to his friends on the show and asked them to tell the world if it was really him or if it was just a lie.
The fake messages showed a profile picture that looked exactly like Shaq’s real Instagram photo, which is probably why so many people believed it at first. In the messages, the person talking to the fake Sabrina account seemed to be trying really hard to get her attention. The account pretending to be Sabrina even replied by saying, i know who you are… you’re way too famous to be sending messages like that.
Shaq laughed off the whole thing and told his audience that the rumors were totally fake. He joked that he has much better flirting skills than what was shown in those messy screenshots. He told the ladies listening that the Diesel has way more game than that.
While Shaq has been very loud about denying the rumors, Sabrina Carpenter hasn’t said a single word about it yet. Reporters tried to reach out to her team to see what she thinks, but they haven’t heard back. For now, it seems like the NBA legend is just happy to call out the pranksters and move on.
