Kim Kardashian’s Rare Fashion Piece Soars to 100K at Auction
Kim Kardashian is proving that her eye for archival fashion is as lucrative as it is stylish, with one of her most discussed vintage looks recently fetching a staggering six-figure sum. A rare John Galliano dress set, which the entrepreneur debuted during a high-profile press event for her series “All’s Fair” in October 2025, became the centerpiece of an intense online auction that concluded on Monday, March 30.
According to the official listing on Kardashian Kloset, the final winning bid reached exactly $100,200.00, with all proceeds dedicated to the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. The ensemble is a piece of fashion history, hailing from John Galliano’s Fall/Winter 1995 Ready-to-Wear collection.
It consists of a single-breasted fitted blazer crafted from black brushed angora, distinguished by a sculpted, asymmetrical collar and delicate silk chiffon floral trim. The jacket was paired with a matching black satin maxi skirt featuring high-waisted tailoring and an intricate, embroidered leaf motif.
While the set was described as being in “Very good vintage condition,” the listing noted that the “Skirt was altered to fit Kim’s body,” making it a unique hybrid of runway history and personal curation. By auctioning the piece to support survivors of domestic violence, Kardashian has successfully blended her passion for high-fashion preservation with her ongoing philanthropic efforts.
The sale marks one of the highest individual price points for a garment on her resale platform, underscoring the massive market value of “Kim-worn” archival pieces. Collectors were particularly drawn to the rarity of the 1995 Galliano era, which is currently seeing a massive resurgence in popularity among Gen Z and millennial fashion enthusiasts.

Beyond the auction block, Kardashian is currently navigating a pivotal year in her transition from reality star to serious dramatic actress. She recently wrapped filming on the Netflix comedy “The Fifth Wheel”, which is scheduled for a late-year release and features an ensemble cast including Nikki Glaser, Fortune Feimster, and Brenda Song.
Directed by Eva Longoria, the film places Kardashian in a leading role as she continues to build on the momentum of her scripted television debut. In addition to her film work, Kardashian remains at the center of the legal drama “All’s Fair”, which premiered on Hulu in November 2025.
The series, created by Ryan Murphy, stars Kardashian as Allura Grant, a high-stakes divorce attorney working alongside industry heavyweights like Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, and Naomi Watts. The show has been a significant ratings driver for the platform, further solidifying her status as a legitimate presence in the world of prestige television.
Between managing her multi-billion-dollar brands and her expanding filmography, her influence on both the business and entertainment sectors shows no signs of slowing down. Her ability to turn a single red-carpet moment into a hundred-thousand-dollar charitable contribution is just the latest example of her unique cultural leverage.
