‘Tokyo Revengers’ is settling into its new run, and attention is already turning to the installment after the fifth episode. Schedule listings put the fifth episode on October 30 and the sixth on November 6. The season, titled the War of the Three Titans Arc, premiered on October 2 and begins the anime’s final saga.

This guide covers the release date, the release time, the streaming options and what the story is setting up for the next chapter. The arc is the second to last in the original manga and runs for 29 chapters, so every weekly installment carries real weight for ‘Tokyo Revengers’ fans.

Release Date for the Sixth Episode of ‘Tokyo Revengers’

The sixth episode is scheduled for Friday, November 6, though the published schedule is subject to change. A separate weekly anime calendar also lists the episode on that date and describes the series as releasing on Fridays.

The season has thirteen episodes in total, covering episodes 51 through 63 of the anime overall. That makes the sixth installment the sixth of thirteen, which puts it close to the midpoint of the run.

The official website has also revealed that the season will be released in Japan across three home video volumes. Viewers who prefer to wait for those collections will need to be patient, since the weekly broadcast is the only way to follow the story as it unfolds.

Release Time and Weekly Schedule

New episodes release on Fridays at 3 a.m. PT, which is 6 a.m. ET. Viewers in other regions will need to convert from those times, and the same source notes that the times may change.

Japan receives the episodes first. The fourth episode was set for release in Japan on a Friday shortly after 1 a.m. JST, which shows how the weekly rollout is paced around the late night broadcast slot. In Japan the anime airs on the MBS, TBS and CBC channels.

Each episode is expected to run roughly 24 minutes, while Anime News Network lists the running time as 26 minutes per episode. The calendar listing for the sixth episode does not yet show a firm time.

Where to Watch the Anime Online

The War of the Three Titans Arc is streaming worldwide, excluding China, on Hulu and Disney+. In the United States it is part of the fall anime schedule on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

Episodes are released with English subtitles and an English dub, so viewers can choose between the original Japanese audio and the dubbed version. That matters for a season built around dense conversations about time travel and gang loyalties.

The production has also seen a change behind the camera. Maki Kodaira is taking over as director from Koichi Hatsumi, who directed the first three seasons. The new opening theme is titled IGNITE and is performed by JO1.

Preview of What the Next Episode May Explore

Schedule listings for the sixth episode do not carry a title yet, so any preview has to rest on how the arc has set itself up. The premise is clear enough. Takemichi reaches the future he fought so hard for, but one person is still missing.

The early episodes have kept that mystery close. In the third episode Takemichi asks Draken about Mikey and learns that Draken has not seen him in ten years, and then finds a strange tape he does not recognize. The trail points toward the wider conflict, since the arc brings three gangs into a fight for control, with the Kanto Manji Gang led by Mikey, Brahman led by Senju Kawaragi and Rokuhara Tandai led by South Terano.

Takemichi jumps back in time to a high school in 2008 to face that three sided power struggle. The tone of the opening has divided some reactions. A writer at Anime News Network said the premiere could have worked as an upbeat coda to the series and admitted to being more confused about where the story is headed.

That uncertainty is part of the appeal as the sixth episode approaches, and fitting 29 chapters into a single cour is possible but raises questions about the final arc still to come. Do you think thirteen episodes is enough room for the Three Titans conflict and a proper finale, and where do you expect the next chapter to take Takemichi’s search for the missing Mikey?
