Crunchyroll Announces Third Series of Dr. STONE! [Sub & Dub]
Dr.STONE, is a shōnen manga written by Riichirō Inagaki and drawn by Boichi. It was published in Shūeisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from March 6, 2017, to March 7, 2022. An anime television series adaptation by TMS Entertainment aired between July 5 and December 13, 2019. A second season aired between January 14, 2021, and March 25, 2021. A third season is scheduled for a 2023 release on Crunchyroll, and in this article, we will tell you when you will be able to see it in the United States and the United Kingdom, both in subbed and dubbed format.

The season is going to be titled Dr.STONE New World. The English dub will begin premiering on April 20, 2023, at 12:30 PM PDT, with new episodes every week.

After the 24th and final episode aired, it was announced that a second season was in production and would follow the Stone Wars arc, airing between January 14, 2021, and March 25, 2021. After the 11th and final episode aired, it was announced that a third season was in production. A special episode focusing on Ryusui was then announced on December 19, 2021, during Jump Festa ’22, and the third season was confirmed to air sometime in 2023. The special episode aired on July 10, 2022, on Tokyo MX and BS11. At the end of the episode, it is announced that the third season will be titled New World and is scheduled for Spring 2023. Along with a brand new trailer reveal of the upcoming third highly-anticipated season, Crunchyroll can confirm the English dub will begin premiering on April 20, 2023 at 12:30 PM PDT with new episodes every week. Additional dubs from Crunchyroll will also include German, French, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian Spanish, and Italian, with launch dates to be announced at a later time.
Concretely established in a post-apocalyptic world based on the popular manga series of the same name, written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi, and serialised in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, Dr. STONE New World is directed by Shuhei Matsushita (Dr. STONE Ryusui) with animation produced by TMS Entertainment, who are known for MEGALOBOX, Fruits Basket (2019), ReLIFE, and Kamisama Kiss.

The first one is the premiere of Dr.STONE New World is arriving quite soon, i.e., the series is going to start April 6, 2023, at 7:30 AM PDT and will be simulcast globally with subtitles every week. But, alongside that, we’ve also gotten confirmation that the dubbed version will premiere on April 20, 2023, at 12:30 PM PDT, just two weeks later, and will also be streamed every week. This was some amazing news for fans of the series because not only is the premiere approaching, but we’re also going to be able to enjoy both the subbed and dubbed versions at roughly the same time. Dr.STONE New World plot
As for the plot of the series, Crunchyroll has provided us with this synopsis via their official press release:
With the Stone Wars over, the former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Might join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across the open ocean to seek answers to the mystery of global petrification. However, before they can begin their voyage Senku and his friends need to find some key resources and push some new scientific advancements to build the type of vessel they need.
