So, does Levi ever become a Titan during the course of the narrative? He does not. Thus, he once again proved that he is able to overcome the power of the Titans one on one, and his VME at such moments is used to the maximum.
Levi again defeated Zeke in the forest area. Even after losing several fingers in the explosion, he was still able to use the equipment with almost the same ease as before. Levi is so indispensable that he is worth an entire squad of elite soldiers. Rumor has it that he was considered extremely strong even before joining the Survey Corps.
Strength
Levi possesses great physical strength, which is undoubtedly evidenced by his possession of VME.
