Did any younglings survive Order 66?
Some younglings have, indeed, survived Order 66, but the exact numbers might not be fully disclosed. As for the current canon, an unidentified Rodian Jedi youngling is known to have survived Order 66; we could add The Mandalorian‘s Grogu on the list, but we still have to determine whether he actually was a youngling at the time, or simply a Force-sensitive child.
As for the Legends universe, several younglings are also known to have survived, but their exact numbers aren’t known. Tao is a youngling who survived after the Battle of Shumari, while a group of younglings was guarded by Chase Piru. These younglings were from the Soaring Hawkbat Clan, including Seddwia, Jiro, and Kennan Taanzer.
How many Jedi did Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader kill during Order 66?
The exact number of Jedi present in the Jedi Temple during the siege is not known. Official data reveals that there were hundreds to thousands of Jedi in the Temple when Darth Vader entered with the Clone Army. These numbers also state that most, if not all of the Jedi perished during the siege (okay, we later found out that some survived, but that was the initial fact we had).
Now, it is safe to assume that Vader did not kill every Jedi; some of them fell to the Clones. But he did kill most of them, which means that Darth Vader killed hundreds of Jedi, including the younglings, during the Siege of the Jedi Temple. The exact number is not known, but it is certainly very, very high.
