Ever since Robert Downey Jr. stunned audiences at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 by announcing his return to the MCU not as Tony Stark but as the villainous Doctor Doom, the anticipation surrounding ‘Avengers: Doomsday‘ has been overwhelming. Marvel Studios has been carefully managing the rollout of promotional material, dropping teasers centered on separate hero groups while keeping the full scope of its crossover event tightly under wraps.

The studio released teasers spotlighting Steve Rogers, Thor, the X-Men, and the Wakandan-Fantastic Four side of the universe, with the combined clips generating over one billion views online. Each preview confirmed which heroes would appear without ever revealing how they would come together, leaving the biggest moments locked away. That carefully constructed secrecy has now sprung a very significant leak.
