Moon Knight vs Daredevil: Who Would Win?
The history of Marvel Comics is full of interesting characters, that cannot be denied. These characters are very diverse and each of them is interesting for their own reasons. Still, among this plethora of interesting personalities, we have managed to pick two who are, rightfully, considered to be more special than some others and we have decided to compare them in this article. If you ever wanted to know who would win in a fight between Moon Knight and Daredevil, you’ve come to the right place.
Daredevil would be able to defeat Moon Knight in a battle. Despite their comic book clashes and the fact that Moon Knight does possess some superhuman powers, whereas Daredevil does not (at least not in the traditional sense), Daredevil is a much better fighter, objectively, and his experience would allow him to win.
The rest of this article will further elaborate on the above-given answer, as we are going to compare Moon Knight and Daredevil in more detail. Through several categories, you are going to see who the stronger of the two is and why our answer is like it is, i.e., why Daredevil would ultimately be able to defeat Moon Knight in a direct fight.
Physical Powers
Today, Spector has the strength of a normal human male of his age, height, and build who engages in regular, intense exercise. He previously could lift twice his body weight, 450 pounds, but since he lost his powers he has been lifting weights routinely and is probably stronger. According to the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, at his strongest, under the light of a full moon, he can lift about 2 tons.
Physically Matt Murdock is a normal human, with strength and speed enhanced by constant training, his training levels have put Matt well above the levels of Olympic athletes. His reflexes, speed and quickness in conjunction with his heightened senses (especially radar) have given him the ability to reach levels very close to the peak of the human condition.
And while we don’t really know how much Daredevil can lift, we know that Matthew Murdock’s overall physical abilities are heightened by his superhuman senses, which s why we give Daredevil the point here.
Points: Moon Knight 0, Daredevil 1
Fighting skills
Spector is a former heavyweight boxing champion who underwent intense training as a commando, intelligence agent, and mercenary. He is skilled in both armed and unarmed combat with training in Boxing, Judo, Krav Maga, Silat, Dambe, Savate, Escrima, Karate, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu; his knowledge is extensive enough to show that he can use pressure points against his opponents, hitting nerve clusters to stun or even instantly incapacitate. On more than one occasion, without powers, he has fought the Punisher to a standstill.
Daredevil possesses extensive knowledge about different martial arts disciplines such as ninjutsu, jujitsu, judo, and American boxing among others, as well as meditation techniques and nerve point techniques. Putting this knowledge together, his athletic abilities and his super-senses make Daredevil one of the best fighters on the planet. The combination of his super-sense of touch coupled with his knowledge of nerve points allows him to exert exact pressure on his opponents.
This is a category where we couldn’t really discern a winner, since both are extremely good when martial arts are concerned; they might not be Marvel’s best, but they’re pretty much on the same level.

Superpowers
As a testament to the human brain, the Moon Knight’s state of mind has always caused his “Powers and Abilities of Khonshu” to be questioned, as he himself is sometimes not a reliable source. It has been claimed that he can suffer from madness so powerful that it can only be described as magic.
It originally comes from his exposure to a radioactive isotope which was rediscovered after Murdock’s “powers” may come from his natural aptitude and intense training at Stick’s hands.
His powers have been so honed by years of training that when she fought Psylocke during the war between the Avengers and the X-Men, she was overwhelmed when she tried to read her mind and found herself experiencing all the information she receives through his enhanced senses, demonstrating the extent of the psychological training required for Murdock to operate on a normal human level.
Now, while neither of them actually has some real superpowers, Moon Knight’s inconsistencies when it comes to his powers were enough for us to award this point Daredevil, whose senses have been consistently of use to him.
Points: Moon Knight 1, Daredevil 3
Equipment
Although he is skilled in using almost every weapon ever invented, Moon Knight shows an obvious fondness for certain lunar-themed objects which he refers to as his toys. These include throwing darts (Crescent Darts), nunchaku, and a nightstick (Truncheon).
Daredevil has worn four suits over the course of his crime-fighting career: his original black-and-yellow suit, his modern red suit, a black-and-red armored suit that was used temporarily, and a new black-and-red suit. which was used during the Shadowland Saga.
When Murdock experienced a psychological break, each of his first three suits became foci for three separate and distinct personalities within Murdock. Since then, Murdock has resolved his psychological problems, and now exclusively wears the red suit. The horns on his suit are antennae that can pick up radio waves, allowing them to perceive them as a police scanner.
This point has to be given to Moon Knight because of his more frequent usage of weapons, as well as his mastery of a wider arsenal of weapons. Daredevil is no stranger to weapons, but Moon Knight is simply superior.

Moon Knight vs Daredevil: Who would win?
And now for the most important and interesting section of our article – the analysis. Here, we are going to use what we have found out about these two characters and analyze how all these facts would (or would not) help them in a fight against each other. Let us continue.
From what we could gather, as well as what the points suggested, is that Daredevil is the superior of the two heroes in this comparison. It is not by much, certainly, but when the main categories are concerned, Daredevil is the better fighter of the two and we’re quite certain that Murdock would be able to defeat Moon Knight in a direct fight.
Daredevil is the better, more skilled, and more experienced fighter of the two. Moon Knight does have a better command of different weapons, but that is about it when it comes to his advantages over Daredevil. Sure, one could argue that Moon Knight has actual superpowers while Daredevil does not, but Moon Knight’s superpowers have been so inconsistent that they are more of a disadvantage than an actual advantage. On top of that, Daredevil’s heightened senses make him a formidable fighter.
And that is, ultimately, why we have given this comparison to Daredevil. Matt Murdock doesn’t seem like much, but he is a formidable fighter, a truly dedicated superhero and someone with a lot of experience. All of these aspects are undoubtedly an advantage for him and the reason why he wins this duel.
