All 16 Supernova in One Piece Ranked by Strenght

Share:

The Super Rookies, also known as Supernova, are all young pirates with a bounty greater than or equal to 100,000,000 Berrys in the world of One Piece. Although most of them belong to the Worst Generation, they actually come from several generations. The Supernova pirates are extremely powerful young pirates and are among the more beloved characters in the series. In this article, we are going to analyze all 16 of them and rank them based on how powerful they are, from weakest to strongest.

16. Coribou

Coribou is supposed to be a fearsome pirate who, together with his brother, managed to reach the Sabaondy Archipelago and who has a bounty of 190,000,000 Berrys, higher than pirates like Jewelry Bonney or Killer (formerly) when they arrive on the archipelago. It was strong enough to survive a pressure of 3000 meters below sea level and rise to the surface.

He carries a shovel, which he apparently uses to dig people’s graves. He also uses it as a melee weapon against the G-5 Marines. During his attempted bombing of the Straw Hat Pirates, Coribou was seen carrying a machine gun. However, as his ship was attacked by the Kraken before he had a chance to attack his weapon proficiency and firepower are not shown.

15. Caribou

Caribou is a Logia type Devil Fruit user: the Numa Numa no Mi. This fruit grants him the ability to become a “Swamp Man”. He has the ability to create a bottomless swamp where he can choke his opponents or simply put them into a coma like with the mermaids he will try to abduct on Fish-Man Island.

However, Franky manages to suppress his Logia abilities by sealing him in a barrel, thus preventing him from escaping. Its weaknesses are the same as all Devil Fruit users, namely the attacks used with Armament Haki (effective against Logias like Caribou), water as well as Sea Granite.

14. Bartolomeo

As a pirate captain, Bartolomeo has authority over all of his subordinates. He is a rookie who comes from another generation with Cavendish, Caribou and Coribou. Moreover, even before he revealed his abilities, we could immediately see that he was very strong by easily defeating Vice-Admiral Maynard. He was able to win the Block B battle royal, without a scratch.

He also has a katana or knife; he used it against Gladius to slit his throat but it was Gladius’ shoulder that he slit. Bartolomeo ate the Bari Bari no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that makes him a barrier man. Thus, he has the power to form defensive barriers to protect himself from attacks but he can only use them for a limited amount of time.

He can also throw them toward his opponents to attack them, as seen when the pirate used the “Barrier Crash” technique, and can also use them to immobilize his opponents. The barriers apparently seem extremely strong, since attacks from powerful individuals such as Hack or Bellamy were unable to destroy it. They were the ones who were seriously injured. One of the walls even managed to block the famous punch of Elizabello II.

13. Urouge

Being one of the Supernovae, Urouge is a powerful pirate, having crossed and reached half of the Grand Line. He was seen to be powerful enough to face another Supernova as fast and agile as Killer in a fight (without increasing his muscle mass and therefore consequently his strength) interrupted by X. Drake. In his muscular form, he is capable of injuring a Pacifista.

Kizaru, however, was able to defeat him without much difficulty with his power. He managed, during the timeskip, to defeat Charlotte Snack, one of the four Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, whose bounty reached 600,000,000 Berrys, which testifies to his strength. Even though he was later defeated by Charlotte Cracker, Urouge also managed to survive and escape.

Urouge ate a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to convert a certain portion of the injuries he receives into power, allowing him to increase his body proportions to gargantuan size. This skill allows him to increase his muscle mass, so much so that he is able to exceed the size of a Pacifista. Finally, Urouge can acquire brute force, capable of damaging a Pacifista; however, his body retains its consistency as it is vulnerable to lasers.

12. Capone Bege

Bege is a strategist who instead resorts to trickery and blackmail. He was able to bluff the manipulative and cunning Caesar by threatening to shoot him with Sea Granite bullets. His main tactic is to use his Devil Fruit to launch surprise attacks and thus trap his opponents or defeat them quickly like Pekoms.

Capone Bege ate the Shiro Shiro no Mi which allows him to turn his body into a veritable fortress that can contain his miniaturized men. These find their sizes when they come out. They are seen firing cannonballs through openings in his stomach, which also revert to normal size as they exit Bege’s body and then explode on the Marines.

We also see shooters placed in his head and seeing through Bege’s eyes the targets they must aim for. Like Don Krieg, Bege controls a number of subordinates. Unlike Krieg, however, he “stores” them in his body using his Devil Fruit, including horses and cannons. He manifests these objects outside of his body starting with the gunboats and causes drawbridges to appear on his person through which his “troops” can exit.

It is unknown if the people, animals, and objects that were created by his own powers were actually real and miniaturized by his powers. This is essentially what makes Bege a fortress on a human scale and literally an army-man. It can also transform into a very large castle capable of resisting several attacks from Big Mom, however, if the castle is destroyed it dies and the people inside are immediately exposed.

11. Scratchmen Apoo

Scratchmen Apoo is a martial artist of sorts. His fighting stance usually involves waving his hands in front of him like a DJ. Currently, little is known about his abilities, as he has shown no skill in combat, unlike other Supernovae, except for his brief scuffle with Eustass Kid, where the two caused a building to crumble. He also seems to be powerful from a distance, with his attack on Admiral Kizaru or the wounds he inflicts on Luffy and Zoro.

Apoo ate the Oto Oto no Mi, a music-related Paramecia-type Devil Fruit. This ability, which he calls Tatakau Music, allows him to transform his body into various musical instruments (such as piano keys on his teeth or twisting his arm to use it as a clarinet) where he can play.

By playing specific notes and certain tunes, he can release music that causes damaging effects to his opponents, the type of damage is determined by what he is playing (ex: if he creates a “slicing” sound, an object cut off, if it sounds like an explosion, it will happen).

10. Cavendish

Cavendish has a white stallion named Farle, whom he regularly rides for in his fights. His skills in fencing are recognized even by a vice-admiral of the Navy, Bastille, who describes him as a “Genius with the Sword”. It can also be noted that he is someone very charismatic, able to influence the opinion of a crowd to his advantage.

It appears that Cavendish possesses, as evidenced by his impressive musculature, a good amount of physical strength, as he proved by holding Chinjao’s head aloft with one arm after stopping him with his “Biken: Blue Bird “. Able to dodge several attacks from Luffy and Chinjao, we can also note that he has considerable reflexes coupled with impressive flexibility and speed.

9. Basil Hawkins

Hawkins is a fearsome pirate, who together with his crew managed to survive the first half of Grand Line and enter the New World. His reputation is such that he possessed a bounty of 249,000,000 Berrys before his arrival in the Sabaody Archipelago, and this bounty reached 320,000,000 Berrys after the timeskip. It was ranked third among the Supernova bounties before they reached the New World.

He is also a great strategist, having created dolls for Shachi, Penguin, and Bepo to block Law, the latter of whom cannot hurt him without hurting his companions. He does not hesitate to make alliances, in order to attack powerful pirates.

8. X Drake

When he was a member of the Barrels Pirates over thirteen years ago, Drake was the strongest member. Having been a Rear Admiral in the Marines, Drake has a deep understanding of the workings of the World Government, and is able to use this knowledge to ward off danger and predict the movements of the Marines.

Also, he is aware of the power of the Pacifistas and the genius of Vegapunk. The considerable knowledge of him may have contributed to the enormous dangerousness of him. Also, he is very smart, as he interrupted the battle between Killer and Urouge, because he knew that they would only draw the attention of the enemies.

Another demonstration of his intelligence is that he was able to maintain the façade of a pirate subservient to one of the Four Emperors while at the same time making reports and keeping the Navy abreast of any developments until he was discovered. as a traitor

7. Jewelry Bonney

Bonney, for some unexplained reason, seems to be able to consume large amounts of food without it having any ill effects on her body. No matter how much she ingests, she is somehow able to assimilate the food she eats without her body suffering any consequences, which is likely due to the power of her Devil Fruit, which would grant her the benefits of an extended metabolism to a lifetime.

She is quite clever as she stops Zoro from killing the Celestial Dragon. Bonney exhibits unexplained abilities that appear to come from a Devil Fruit (likely a Paramecia-type) that involves age manipulation. She can change her age and that of other people, she very quickly ages or rejuvenates her targets into little children or old men.

If his power comes from a Devil Fruit, it’s rare that it doesn’t affect the clothes of Devil Fruit users, though it’s natural that clothes don’t change in size even as they age. Bonney apparently wears skimpy clothing and suspenders for her clothes to fit when she becomes a child, while a group of Marines affected by this outgrow their own clothes when changed into little children.

6. Eustass Kid

Kid is a fearsome pirate who, along with the rest of his crew, has shown unflinching resistance to the impulse emitted by Silvers Rayleigh’s fluid at the Auction House. He is surely one of the most powerful Supernovae given his bounty. he has a very good physical strength and has a good mastery of his devil fruit, he has good stamina and resistance to resist and confront Kaido and Big Mom.

Kid uses his Devil Fruit powers Eustass Kid is gifted with the powers of the Jiki Jiki no Mi. They were revealed when he threw a cannonball back at a group of Marines. Soon after, he used his powers to levitate metallic objects and weapons belonging to Marines, and collected them on his right arm, thus taking the form of a gigantic arm (similar to Luffy’s Gear 3).

He can pull metal in with both hands as he demonstrates in Chapter 506 and can therefore push it away with his right hand as well as his left hand. He can also attract himself to metal, allowing him to move through the air if there is metal where he wishes to go.

5. Killer

Killer is a fearsome pirate and fighter. His skills earned him a bounty of over 100,000,000 Berrys, which is considered very impressive for a beginner, even within the Grand Line, and for the second in a crew. Like his captain, he was able to withstand Silvers Rayleigh’s Haki burst. Killer’s fighting style seems to rely primarily on agility and speed which he uses to overpower his opponent before they can strike them or dodge their attacks.

He was able to fight head-on with his Supernova counterpart Urouge before the latter increased his muscle mass. It can also be noted that in addition to his speed and agility, he has good endurance and resistance for having resisted in front of the alliance of Kaido and Big Mom on the roof of Onigashima.

4. Trafalgar D. Water Law

Law is a fearsome pirate who, along with most of his crew, proved resistant to Rayleigh’s Haki as nearly everyone in the slave-selling hall passed out. He is also a good fighter. He is brave, as he allowed himself to attack several Marines at close range on the Sabaody Archipelago, despite being a long-range fighter.

While on the Sabaody Archipelago, the Kid Pirates and the Heart Pirates were attacked by a Pacifista. The end of the fight was not seen; however, the Heart Pirates reappeared during the Marineford arc, suggesting that they managed to defeat the Pacifista or at least escaped him. Trafalgar Law proves to be a very skilled and opportunistic leader.

Law possesses the power of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, the Ope Ope No Mi which allows him to create a spherical area of light blue aura. As Smoker says, having eaten this Devil Fruit, Law becomes a “Man-modifier”. In this area, he is able to separate and spatially move anything and everything. With his powers, he is able to look like he can quickly slice people to pieces from a distance with his sword. He can also join the separated parts in any way he sees fit, such as sticking someone’s head to a barrel.

3. Portgas D. Ace

Ace left his native village at 17, in accordance with a decision made with Sabo. His adopted younger brother Luffy was never able to beat him, despite the fact that the latter already possessed the power of his Devil Fruit. Ace and Luffy did most of their training alone, but they were partly trained by Vice Admiral Garp, their grandfather, and partly by Captain Naguri in the anime version of the manga.

They were also both raised in the town of Fuchsia in East Blue by Dadan, a “friend” of the Vice Admiral. Another fact that reveals Ace’s strength is his ability to take punches from Marshall D. Teach despite losing his Devil Fruit effect, and being able to immediately react accordingly, such as the notes Van Augur.

Ace also carries a knife with him. Ace has excellent stamina. Indeed, when he was just a rookie, he managed to fight against Jinbe for 5 days and 5 nights in a row. Their duel ended in a draw. He therefore already matched Jinbe’s level and that of a Shichibukai even before joining Whitebeard’s crew. Shortly before this clash, he was invited to Shichibukai status as a spot was vacant.

2. Roronoa Zoro

Zoro is an exceptional swordsman who didn’t wait to be in the Straw Hat Pirates to build a solid reputation. He is indeed, at the beginning of the series, the famous Pirate Hunter of East Blue, already feared and respected. To quote Supernova crew members on The Sabaody Archipelago, he’s not the kind of person to be under someone’s orders. To quote the Water 7 and Zambai workers, he has the strength to be a captain.

Zoro is a follower of a style of kendô that he himself created and baptized Santoryû. Few people misunderstand his abilities, because, unlike Luffy or Sanji, he inspires fear from the start with his cold air and his hard gaze and is, according to Ryuma the zombie samurai, like a wild beast. Brook qualifies him alongside Ryuma as having Power of Destruction.

It should be noted that Zoro, who trains hard, is the only One Piece character who is witnessed in the current training. We’ve seen him lift terribly heavy weights in every way possible, do one-finger push-ups with those same weights on his feet, swim in freezing water shirtless, or meditate for hours. Through this long and painful training, Zoro now has the ability to slice steel and most other metals, which he seemed unable to do at the start of the series (note that he was already slicing cannonballs of cannon).

Zoro, who is undeniably one of the most powerful characters revealed so far, owes his strength to his training and willpower alone, while the other big names in the series generally rely on a Devil Fruit. He even received a proposal to be part of Baroque Works which he refused.

1. Monkey D. Luffy

Being the hero of the manga, he has often demonstrated that he can break rocks with his fists and even break sword blades with his teeth. Luffy has proven that in addition to physical strength, he has sheer determination, willpower, and stamina on many occasions. One of them is having climbed the 5,000-meter-high Drum Rockies with an ailing Nami on her back and a passed-out Sanji in his mouth, coatless in freezing temperatures.

Not to mention the times he endured having a hundred shadows inserted into him on Thriller Bark when an ordinary man even trained could only endure three or five. He also survived Emporio Ivankov’s hormone healing treatment, which is already a feat in itself, but he came out of it in 20 hours instead of two days, which, according to Ivankov, reflects the greatness of his will and his determination.

15 Best Luffy Quotes from One Piece (Anime & Manga)

After the timeskip, Luffy is shown to be immune to poison since his fight against Magellan. Luffy doesn’t seem to practice any martial arts like Zoro and Sanji do. He fights with all the parts of his body as he sees fit (For example: When he bit Rob Lucci, or even spat water on Crocodile).

His style is improvisational and quite unpredictable, making him able to surprise his enemies like he did against Crocodile by altering his use of the Gomu Gomu no Pistol. He will not hesitate, in a fight against Marines without values, of course, to use one of them as a human shield. Luffy has a thinking ability during a fight which is quite surprising considering he is supposed to be very dumb, at least his general demeanor shows that.
