Silent Hill (Franchise)

The ‘Silent Hill’ franchise is a series of horror games created by Keiichiro Toyama and published by Konami, focusing on supernatural events and psychological terror in the fictional town of Silent Hill. The first four games, developed by Team Silent, were released between 1999 and 2004, followed by later games made by other developers. The series has also expanded into movies, books, and spin-off games, selling over 8.4 million copies as of 2013. Since 2022, Konami has revived the franchise with new projects, including a remake of ‘Silent Hill 2’ and upcoming titles like ‘Silent Hill f’.
