The First Look At Tim Blake Nelson as the Leader in ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ Has Been Revealed
‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is one of the upcoming MCU projects that’s been facing production challenges. Originally set for release in 2024, it’s been delayed due to the SAG-AFTRA strike and extensive reshoots. Details about the plot are scarce, though it was known to involve Serpent Society & King Cobra as minor villains, but recent rumors suggest they’ve been removed. However, Tim Blake Nelson’s The Leader from ‘The Incredible Hulk’ will make a return. The first look at Nelson’s character in the movie has been revealed by insider CanWeGetSomeToast.
Doctor Samuel Sterns, a cellular biologist and professor at Grayburn College, was working on a cure for Bruce Banner’s condition. He made a temporary antidote for Banner but accidentally turned Emil Blonsky into the Abomination. When Sterns got exposed to Banner’s blood, his mental abilities spiked due to mutation. Natasha Romanoff stepped in, subdued him, and handed him to S.H.I.E.L.D. for custody.
The presence of The Leader suggests Hulk’s involvement in the movie. In a recent interview, Ruffalo hinted at his role in ‘Captain America: New World Order,’ only to backtrack shortly after. The movie is set for release on February 14, 2025. Have thoughts? Share in the comments!
